Great equipment and great customer service - in particular in helping us during the COVID lockdown. The staff were happy when we changed equipment during our hire and helpful in advising on the bear gear. We hired from the Argentiere shop which is really well located next to the main lift. Would highly recommend.

I hit up the owner (Rob) via email before kicking off my TMB trek to secure hiking poles and got quick confirmation and friendly service when I arrived. Good pricing and convenient location to where I was staying. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area and don't want to deal with heading into Chamonix!
