The 10 Best Game & Entertainment Centers in Prague, Bohemia

February 1, 2022 Hector Krause

The bohemian allure and fairytale features of Prague make it a perfect destination for beach-weary vacationers who want to immerse themselves in culture. You could devote an entire day to exploring Prazsky hrad (Prague Castle), then refueling over a hearty dinner at a classic Czech tavern. Spend some time wandering the Old Town Square before heading over to gape at The Old Town Hall and Astronomical Clock. Prague’s best bars are found in cellars, where historic pubs set the scene for a night of traditional tippling.

Invisible Exhibition - Neviditelna vystava

Wow, what an experience. This is a glimpse into the world of the blind. We entered through a door into complete and total blackness. As we wound our way through different rooms, kitchen, living room, a hunting cabin, we used our other senses to help identify objects in an outdoor market, a walk over a bridge and crossing the street. We ended in a pub where we had to pay for a coffee, identifying our coins by touch only, a little hard when you have multiple currencies, all foreign. I definitely recommend.

Breakout Prague - Real Life Escape Games

Breakout Prague is a "Real Life Escape Game" where players end up being locked in a specially designed room under mysterious circumstances. The objective is to solve the mystery by finding hidden objects, answering riddles and solving puzzles by connecting the missing links. Players will have to use their intellect, intuition and their sixth sense to make a successful escape and win the challenge. Unfortunately players do not have all the time in the world to do that! Each room has a unique storyline and 60 minutes time restriction to complete. As a player, you'll be living and breathing the story. Can you escape the room before time runs out? Are you up for a challenge? We are situated in a central location, easy to reach on foot or with a direct public transport from all major locations in Prague. If you decide to travel by tram, hop on tram no. 5, 9 or 26 to Husinecká stop. We are just around the corner. Try out our newly opened Nuclear Bunker Escape Room.

I was in Prague visiting friends for just a few days. We all love escape rooms so thought we would book one for us all to do... we saw the Breakout Prague did an outdoor one, which none of us had done before so thought that could be fun. We were greeted by our lovely host. There was toilets and drinks while we waited. We were then given a number bags to take with us on our adventure which had all the clues in there. She introduced the game to us and then we were off. It was a bit confusing to start with but once we got into it it was self explanatory. We then spent nearly 2 hours walking around sites of Prague playing the game. We saw amazing views and sites whist solving our clues. We did it around 7 so we also got to watch the sun go down which was lovely. The experience was really unique and I would highly recommend for anyone in Prague. Would be great for bigger groups as well as smaller ones. A wonderful activity for families and children. Most excitingly we got back to the start at record time and ended up being top of the leader board. Then had a winners photo taken with some of the props. Only feedback to improve would be perhaps a winners certificate or a badge to remember our experience.

Simulation of Reality

Largest center of professional simulators in Europe. The new Boeing 737NG and Airbus A320 simulators are used for both beginners and professional pilots. Real simulators of the F16 Fighting Falcon, motion simulators of the Cessna 182RG and the Ka50 Helicopter. Two modern Formula 1 simulators and and motion WRC simulator. Trainer of the German U-BOAT U-boat submarine with real water leakage and fire simulation by the smoke generator.

Just got out the 737NG simulator. Even though it’s fixed, the sense of flight is there (at least if you’re beyond the yoke). It was quite overwhelming, to take over the aircraft mid-air over Prague and try to land it. And yes, I’ve crashed on manual approach. Great guidance from the instructor (himself a commercial pilot with B737 type approval). You could also get video from the whole thing if you like. Very nice place, stuffed with air, land and even underwater simulators - and with qualified and kind personnel. Would recommend for sure!
