Want to try something new for a company team-building event? As a group of 6, we tried out the Blochaus for something different and had a blast! Introduced by an employee and although kmost were nervous, the atmosphere was so relaxed and random strangers willing gave us pointers. No major skill involved for beginners and plenty of challenges for those who want it. Most rewarding!

Breakr

Breakr is Canberra’s very own 'break room'. A break room is a dedicated space for breaking plates, mugs, glasses, vases and other fragile items (all provided by us!) in a safe space, either by throwing at the walls or by using the tools provided. Conveniently located inside Axxe in Fyshwick, Breakr is a great way to have some fun and relieve stress!

I smashed my way through 60 breakable objects with a friend on Friday night. Objects ranged from vases, plates, platters through to egg cups. My favourite technique was to throw an object into the air and hit it with the baseball bat. So much fun. Don’t forget covered shoes and to dress lightly in summer as the safety equipment includes a thick pair of overalls.

Have always wondered what was happening up in the cockpit of a 737 Jet. Experienced a half hour flight experience with Trevor, did a take off and landing with Trevor, then my own landing at Seattle (my choice). Was a bit short on the runway and took out a few landing lights, but was told any landing is a good one! Loved this experience and will do it again, next time I will take a one hour flight.

Using our cutting edge technology, enter a virtual reality escape room to experience adventures previously only in your imagination. Your team will need to work together to explore, solve puzzles and manipulate the world around you to achieve success.

A great experience for the whole family. We had looked into other Canberra based escape rooms but none were suitable for younger tween children. Our group of four included two kids, ages 9 (taller than 120cm) and 12, myself and one grandparent aged 70+ and the experience was physically perfect for everyone. The puzzles were fun and not too challenging and everyone felt they had a good turn in participating and working together to solve the puzzles. We loved that the puzzles were not limited by the real world. The whole VR experience was a lot of fun for all of us and made great ‘what did you do in the school holidays’ stories. Will definitely return for other experiences.
