We intended to hike at Presque Isle but was recommended Asbury Woods by our waitress at Zodiac Dinor. We’re so happy she did! It was beautiful woods with old trees, wonderfully maintained trails that lead to a large, clear creek— beautiful!! It makes me wish I lived in Erie so I could go here every day!

Great place for kids to play. Giant play area, a walking trail and a large field. Plenty of space to park. This is on a church property, keep that in mind during any potential services.

Bury The Hatchet Bensalem - Axe Throwing

*Hours subject to change* Competitive axe throwing is a well known Canadian past time that's becoming increasingly popular in the United States. Simply put, it's like playing a game of darts, except with axes! At Bury The Hatchet you'll experience the thrill of launching an axe at a wooden target in a safe and fun environment. You and your best mates will spend two hours becoming intimate with a 1.5lb piece of whirling wood and metal as you learn, practice, and then finally square off toe-to-toe in a group tournament.

This was my first visit and it was really great. Staff from check in was super friendly, our axe master was patient, encouraging, and really helped make it a lot of fun. The facility was also just nice with picnic tables and refrigerators to store your beer. I would do this again in a heartbeat.

Our first trip to DelGrosso's Amusement park near Altoona, PA. with3 yr old grandaughter ! what a great park !! All day rides and waterpark pass is $31.95 !! There is free parking and admission !! If you do not want to purchase a ride all day pass, you can pay 50 cents a ticket and most rides are 3or four tickets. There is plenty for kids of all ages. The water park has a wave pool, lazy river, kids pool and water slides. About 30 rides make up the amusement park area. And there is no better food in an amusement park anywhere. The sausage sandwich, chicken wrap and pizza are great. Lots of food options are available.! The pricing for food is the best among amusement parks we have attended ! Employees are kind, courteous and great with kids .
