This was our first time and the place was great. Jordan did a great job explaining everything to us before starting and even helped us with a few clues during when asked. We didn’t make it out but now plan to go back to finish what we started. Would definitely recommend.

First-timer in a party of seven family and friends. (Would recommend a smaller group.) The experience was extremely fun and enjoyable. We needed a few hints to escape, but that did not lessen the adventure in any way. Customer service is first-rate. Can't wait to try the other room.

I've been going there for just over a year. I've never had a bad experience! They are helpful and available when needed. I've attended several classes on things I had no idea how to do quite a few of what they had on display. However, with their help I learned so much.
