Originally had an issue with a November 2019 purchase. Emailed Ben and Alex at Kay's, St, Kitts and didn't get a reply immediately. A few days passed when I did receive a response to my email, with apologies that my email was missed in error. As soon as the issue (diamond fell out because 2 claws broke) became known to them, the steady contact began along with the immediate need to correct the wrong. I received enough funds from Kay's Jewelers to repair the ring at our local jeweler, love my ring and will be back to this store or any other Kay's Jewelers in the Caribbean the next time we are there. They make sure that you are 100% satisfied. Unfortunately, due to an issue with Trip Advisor itself, I am unable to remove the original post (somehow under a different login, which I have tried to correct) but I wish I could remove it.

On another cruise with friends with a stop at Basseterre, St Kitts. One of my favorite cigar lounges, Casa del Habano is located right in the port’s touristy shopping center (upstairs level). It’s an oasis, Cuban cigars, Cuban rum, Cuban music, leather couches, air conditioned, quiet, and Orlens, the manager, providing knowledgeable advice on cigars. I bought a few boxes of H. Uppman and a single Trinidad robusto to smoke right away. Orlens cut the cigar for me, toasted the foot and bought me a glass of Havana Club rum. It was 90 minutes of pure vacation from the world! If you are a member of the “brotherhood of the leaf”, this lounge will be memorable. Send the wife and kids to the beach, and spend an hour indulging yourself.

Shipwreck and the other bars on this beach were evicted as of February 28th, 2018 to make way for the Ritz Carlton hotel development. SO DISAPPOINTING as this was our favourite hangout on the island 3 years in a row, and for so many others who come year after year to visit this rustic "Robinson Crusoe" beach bar. A popular spot for locals, visitors and part-time residents alike. Food and Drinks awesome, and the daily feeding of the monkeys a big attraction, also the live band on Sundays. Apparently this bar will be relocated but it will never have the same appeal and ambiance as this amazing beach location. A shame to see big hotels taking over the beaches which are supposed to be available to the public.

Kevin and Steve were outstanding to work with. Our MSC Cruise stopped there in early February and my husband & I were looking for a new diamond with hope that the establishment would trade the current diamond in towards a credit. The men we worked with were patient, kind, professional and quite fun! They took their time explaining the various cuts, colors, quality and settings they had to offer. The location is not too but and not too small... there are endless choices! We ended up purchasing the perfect diamond with no pressure or heavy sales tactics. Do not worry about being scammed or pressured... Kevin and Steve are sincere... (special message to the salesman... remember to visit us when you come to Canada so we can show you Niagara Falls!)

We spent two days at cockleshell beach and enjoyed both very much. The first time we went it was because a snorkeling trip got rescheduled and we needed something to do so we went on an adventure and found this beautiful beach and rented an umbrella and two lounge chairs for $10. The waves are just right and the sand is so clean and there is an abundance of beautiful shells to either look at or collect. The view across to Nevis is stunning! It is also right next-door to reggae beach where you may take a convenient water taxi $40 per person one way to nevus and enjoy that small wonder of an island as well. We were there on a day that was not too busy so I can only speak to the excellent time we had that was very peaceful and enjoyable
