Fairfield was founded in 1856 by clippership captain Robert H. Waterman, and named after his former hometown of Fairfield, Connecticut.

Enjoyed wine tasting here with friends and Food Truck Friday as well last month. Attentive, helpful workers who know their wines. Atmosphere is so nice you want to come back for more and more. The wines are all excellent, too.

I just did a couple of reviews so I will keep this short. It is very pretty, friendly, cheap, and a lot of fun. We enjoyed our oil tasting, a flight of wine, and a very large gourmet “Charcuterie board” snack tray. All with educational info. And all under $50. Go, you will not regret it. Check their website for a variety of activities
