Prepare yourself for a journey to the long lost zone of, “Little Amazon,” a hidden Banyan Tree forest near Takuapa. Canoeing under the canopy of the giant Banyan tree forest is peaceful and serene. We booked this full day van with guide we were warmly welcomed by Woody our guide. He along with driver reached on time for pickup from hotel and we felt welcomed and with such a friendly atmosphere we had a fantastic start! The guide and tour was extremely good, very flexible (appreciate this!) and for that he deserves a special thanks. We had great days there, which obviously also added up to the experience. Woody is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to all of us. All respect for Woody who does a great job there; a true sample of excellent tour guide.

We are a family of 6 with children 12/8 and grandparents 70/75 and we did the Kapong tour with Elephant bathing , Trekking to Waterfall and Tubing . We were so lucky that we were the only people on the tour that day the attention from the staff and especially George our driver who stayed with my elderly mum and walked her to and from the waterfall was exceptional . The tubing was perfect for the kids as the water was not too high or fast . Luna our guide spoke great English and explained everything the team had our phones and took so many photos and videos for us and also on their own . Pretty sure we ended up with more than 300 photos and video from the day . The jump into the waterfall was a lot of fun. The elephant experience was something truly special using scrubbing brushes to wash the skin . We all wore swimmers for the day and had our own reef shoes on needed for the waterfall and rafting . We loved the day and loved the fact it was just the 6 of us . Anyone wanting a little adventure this is the tour for you . Thanks George , Luna and team

Had a great experience with amazing guides and staffes. Do not expect too far about having breakfast and lunch. I had a best Snorkeling in my life. Shouldve worn fins. Riding a speed boat was kinda scary when you leave, however, you are going to see yourself sleepzing in the boat when youre coming back.

We did our own tour, reading ahead of time and as we walked across the bridge. The area is beautiful and has a dark history that is definitely worth researching about ahead of time.

We really enjoyed our day trip to the National park. So beautiful and our guide was fun & knowledgable. We hiked for a couple of hours, seeing the natural beauty of the park, and swam in the river at the end of the walk. The bamboo rafting was amazing too, so relaxing & beautiful. Thanks for a great day!

A unique opportunity to visit Takuapa Old Town and to learn more about Thai people and their way of life. Walk through the streets in the old part of the town with a local guide to see the almost 200 year old houses that were built in the traditional style of that period. Visit temples in the area that show the difference between a Buddhist and a Chinese Taoist temple. You will have the chance to see how traditional cookies called, “Moon Cakes,” are made at a local bakery, and see what you can find at the local market. You also will visit the Saori Foundation is a women's workshop which develops its own textile designs after a Japanese monk showed tsunami survivors how to weave and earn a living.

I think it is a great educational experience for all ages to go kayaking in mangroves. I love trekking and I am always into learning and experiencing different ecosystems. All of a sudden I felt I was in this secret, strange and magical floating forest. We were super lucky to see wild monkeys, a snake and fish, but even without them the environment was gorgeous enough. The kayak fits 1 person which is great to maneuver through the crazy environment. The guide was super nice and I felt super comfortable (I was the only one in the tour). The other guide who was looking for places for us to go to was also really kind. I had a very generous "light" meal that there was no way I could finish as it was plentiful. I also had a swim in a sort of lake that was super refreshing. I think this is one experience to recommend to everyone!
