We took Hvar Lavender Tour in the very beginning of July. This was a great choice for this year, because lavender was still blossoming. However, even if it isn't in bloom the tour is still worth to take. The hiking path leads through picturesque landmarks. While walking we enjoyed beautiful views and sounds of nature. Moreover, it isn't difficult to go because most of the way you get down. Additional many thanks to our guide Tibor, who not only showed us this path, but also provide us with a lot of interesting information about Hvar, its habitants, history and nature. So we had a great time in Hvar and can recommend Lavender Tour to everyone who loves exploring new natural places.

We did a wine tour to Duboković Winery in Hvar. Petar was a fantastic guide and we made a couple stops on the way to learn more about the island, which was incredibly interesting and insightful. Generally a very lovely guy too! The wines were very tasty and like nothing we have had back home in the UK. We decided to take some with us to drink for the rest of our stay - as well as look at ordering more for a delivery back home.

We went on the krka tour! Great driver and exceptional tour guide. He spoke several languages was very informative on historical facts and answered several questions for us. The tour was a great price and well worth our money. They made great suggestions for local food. We were late getting to the bus and they waited for us. You can’t find that anywhere else. The booking agency people are extremely friendly especially Filipa. She is the main reason why we chose to go with her company. This trip and service went above and beyond our expectations!

I've waited way too long to post this review as I wanted to sit and write a novel about how great everything was. However, I'm way overdue and just need to say that Grgo and his family made our trip to Hvar so special. My husband and I did the private Red tour and between the hospitality of Grgo and learning so much more about the Island than you can find by simply staying in town, this is a great option. PLENTY of wine too which is what we were looking for. Thank you, Grgo! We hope to return one day.

I did this walls tour twice now. This year and 13 years ago and this is by far the best city walls tour. I addition this is the best tourist attraction in croatia. The price is a bit much 20 euro but worth it. tecommended to all.

10. Walking Tour through historical Hvar

Saint Stephen I., Trg Sv. Stjepana, 21450, Hvar, Croatia Fun Top Fun Lithuania

So little and so rich Hvar is like a diamond of Adriatic crown. The best is to start the visit from cathedral’s square renaissance bell tower which is an unforgettable sight in the evenings when its white stone illuminated by the last light of the day and you can see right through the structure’s narrow arches. From there you take directly to the St. Stephen’s Cathedral and then down to the Town’s “place” (central square) - the center of Hvar’s social world, with cafes, restaurants, shops and the 16th-century fountain. After a short rest in one of outside coffees keep going to magnificent Renaissance monastery with a beautiful bell-tower, and then visit Hvar’s Loggia, which once was the Venetian governor’s palace. Moreover, finish your trip with Hvar Town’s main square with a stairway leading to the Porta di Datallo. Can you imagine that it was a Venetian fortress from the 1500s? It is a great pleasure of real history!
