The oldest university in the world isn’t Oxford or the Sorbonne—it’s the University of Al-Karaouine, and you’ll find it in Fes el Bali. This walled city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, will transport you back to medieval times. Visit the ancient maze-like quarters of the Medina to Fes el-Bali and the four imposing Gates of Fes, with their distinctive Moroccan tile work. You can walk, or, if you're brave, take a taxi—the daredevil drivers will have you hanging on for dear life.

We did a shore excursion from Casablanca to Marrakech, professional driver, always following the speed limit, guide covered everything that we ask for. Good communication by email or whatsapp. The people from the ship who stayed in Casablanca complained a lot, not a good place to spend the day. So take the tour and enjoy Marrakech.

So glad we began our week by taking a walking tour of the Medina and Kasbah with Hamid. A great way to get your bearings in this fascinating city! Hamid has a wealth of knowledge about Tangier's history, it's inhabitants, buildings, culture, politics and everything else in between. The tour was well paced (lots of steps!); Hamid was friendly and considerate, picking us up from our accommodation in the Medina, looking out for our safety, answering our myriad questions with good grace. We felt truly welcomed to Tangier - thank you !

Wanderlust helped my family and I to plan a multi week tour through Morocco, including stays in Tangier, Fes, Chefchaouen, Marrakech, Essaouira, and others. Ibrahim, our driver and primary guide, helped us get throughout the country and took spectacular care of us like we were his own family, to include my toddler who began waking up every day asking to "Ride in the bus with Mr Ibrahim". Megan proposed a great itinerary, which allowed us to have a relaxing family adventure. Thank you for such a memorable time!

My favorite part of this experience was getting to know our guide and driver, Ahmed. I can't say enough about the kindness, humanity and professionalism that Ahmed exemplified during my trip to Morocco. We were on our way to Fez on the train, when the government started shutting down most cities and roads due to Coronavirus. Unfortunately, most city roads were closed when we got to Fez and we were unable to visit many of the beautiful cities in and around Fez as a result. We had booked his tour company for a couple of day trips. However, it was because of Ahmed that we were able to leave Fez and catch a repatriation flight back to our country. Ahmed was incredibly helpful, getting us the taxi driver, the permit that the driver needed and the vehicle to make our trip back to Marrakesh airport to catch our repatriation flight. We were stopped at several checkpoints along the way and our driver was able to produce the necessary paperwork so we could move along throughout the checkpoints without any problems. Throughout this whole ordeal, Ahmed refused to take any money, he just wanted his tourists to be able to return home safely. We, of course, paid the taxi driver for his fuel and services, but Ahmed made all the arrangements. The point of this review is to showcase the hospitality and kindness of Moroccan people, as demonstrated by Ahmed and our taxi driver. We still have much of Morocco to explore, as we had to cut our trip short. We will definitely be returning to Morocco soon and the first person we will call before arriving will be Ahmed. We owe a debt of gratitude to him for being so compassionate and competent during a difficult period caused by the pandemic. Morocco is a one of a kind country and Ahmed is a one of a kind human being. He went above and beyond to make sure his clients had safe passage during the pandemic. If you ever need a tour guide who is knowledgeable, competent, empathetic an caring, Ahmed is your guide. I can't wait to return to Morocco! Ahmed is the real deal, knowledgeable, competent and empathetic.

We booked a 3 day tour to the Sahara , We are two girls and felt extremely safe the entire time.we have the most incredible stay in morocco due to this tour it was completely over our expectations ! Jamal our tour guide and Omar, our driver were the best! They were both so nice and were so informative explaining all the sights along the way. All the towns we passed through were so beautiful but my favourite part of the whole trip was the desert. We went to Merzouga and the Erg Chebbi Dunes and got to spend a night in tents in the Sahara Desert! We got to ride a camel to the desert camp and that was the funnest experience. All the riads we stayed in and the restaurants were fabulous choices. I highly recommend booking a tour with this company MCL . Jamal was so helpful in planning the whole experience and was always readily available on whats app. We truly cannot wait to go back to Morocco.

We called the agency a day before the trip to see if everything was in order. It was a quick call, no hustle, very friendly and correct. The way I like it :-) We were picked up by foot at our Riad. 2min walk to our minivan and our driver, Murrat. He speaks very good english and has good driving skills. On our way to The blue City he asked several times to stop to take pictures of the countryside, to go to the bathroom .. We could ask him anything. If we liked, we could hook up our phones to the radio to play the music we want. Murrat his music taste was good so not necessary :-) The Blue City itself you have to see for sure. But that’s not what this review is about. The time to go back to Fès was respected and the drive back was as good as before. Murrat is a very warm person with the heart at the right place. When I write this review we are stuck in Fès due to the Corona virus and cancellation of our flight. Earlier this day we ran into Murrat and friendly as he is he asked if everything was ok. We explained our situation and he was very kind, wishing us all the best for us and our families. Also, we could call him if we needed to go to the airport last minute. So we did ! One call and he was ready to pick us up in the middle of the night to drive us (8h) to Marrakech were we could catch a flight back home. That is customer service ! I highly recommend this agency, people with a heart of gold to drive you to the city in Blue!
