My husband and I went on a two day tour with Eric, through the zhangjiajie National Park and Tiamnen mountain. He picked us up at the airport and even helped us on our first day with some shopping we had to do, he was very patient and caring with us. I’m afraid of heights and he was very patient always suggesting the best routes and paths. As he is a photographer he also knows the perfects spots for the greatest pictures and is always available to take them if needed. I believe that our experience in Zhangjiajie was perfect due to Eric’s experience and love for what he does. Thanks Eric for everything!

Victor is an excellent tour guide, who is knowledgeable, kind and extremely hardworking. He has a deep understanding of this part of China and clearly loves what he is doing. In our small family group's experience, he related extremely well to our different backgrounds (Africa, North America), did a great job catering to our diverse dietary requirements, and was very good with young children. We enjoy strolling the alleys and reading about the history of the Tujia people. It has great architecture and visitors should walk up to top level and enjoy the views surrounding the city.

We had very nice days with Andy. We had a big delay due to thunderstorm in Shanghai. Andy was very spontaneous and changed our plans so we could still enjoy and see everything what was important for us. He knows a lot of nice places and routes without too many people. He suggested us nice and friendly hotels. He knows al lot about this region and Chinese history but he isn’t talking frequently. What we really enjoyed :) We can really recommend doing this tour with him!

I had this tour on January 8th, 2020. During the middle of the winter, where Zhangjiajie is liable to have foggy rainy weather - which does not lend itself well to the beautiful photos many people post of summer time in the park. With that being said, I had a truly wonderful time. My guide spoke good English for a non-native speaker. I could hold a conversation with him and he was very knowledgable about details of the park (ie: when it opened, types of rocks within the formations, info on the ethnic minorities in the park, etc). He was very kind and did his best to keep me dry despite me having a raincoat. He also had a good eye for where to take photos and how to take them! The tour was not walking intensive, utilizing the intrapark bus service often. This was simultaneously nice and disappointing for a young guy like me who likes to hike but was also two weeks into a cross China trek. After the tour he showed me where to eat, as I had worked up an appetite. And after eating he escorted me to my hotel via a taxi which was paid for by him. Overall, I highly recommend this tour. Get up early and get to the park especially during busy seasons. I think two people plus the guide is an ideal number of people ($115 each). Keep in mind this does NOT include the glass bridge which, frankly, I thought was overrated.

The one day trip was excellent arranged and our tour guide Legend was very knowledgable, fun and let us discover the beautiful Wulong Karst area. I fully recommend taking this trip to everyone who plans a visit to Chongqing or nearby area.

We had 2 beautiful days with our wonderful guide, Johnson. Our room was nice & clean. We enjoyed very much walking in MountainTianzi and the trail to the "Avatar Site". We loved the glass bridge very much. Overall it was a great experience.
