Reviewed By Jill HIn 2015, when my husband and I first moved to Kigali, we stayed at the Chez Lando Hotel (iconic spot). There, the Front Desk Manager suggested that we look at the Frangi House (also run by owner of Chez Lando Hotel). It was not an ideal location for our work (in Muhima), but ultimately, after seeing it and the veritable ease of moving into it, we went for it. We loved it. The furnishings were lovely and basic enough so that we could add our own touches and not feel crowded. The closets were excellent design and held a great deal. The apartment was extremely well-equipped-- with plates, good gives and cooking utensils, towels, daily cleaning (if I so wanted-- I did! I did!!), etc. You have every amenity beyond what you thought you could possibly have in Rwanda. The dishwasher, exceptional in its own right, the washer and dryer, and the lighting of the apartment are every bit what you might have in Europe (says this American who has lived in Europe). Adolphe the manager was available at ALL TIMES to help in whatever need he may serve. The security gate worked flawlessly, with consistent coverage (by the same staff of at least 3+ years). Kicukiro is a busy neighborhood but Frangi House somehow still seemed quiet. (Though there was a little bit of noise of Saturday nights from a nearby bar). We had a superb palm tree right off our balcony window and every single day I watched hawks eating there. Extraordinary. You can see the Kigali Convention Center and beyond from Frangi House. There are great views. The grounds are well-kept ( 2+ full time gardeners), I think 11 units, and lots of parking. Had we not moved into a house from there, we would have had no reason to move at all!!! I love all of the people who work there--- kind, professional, it felt like a family. I was back in March 2017 and they were among the very first people I chose to see.

Reviewed By Cheick BHotel très propre. Staff accueillant à souhait. Endroit sécurisé et très calme. Rohi est à moins de 5mn de convention center et 15mn du centre ville. Le service est digne des grands hôtels dans un contexte discret ou on se sent chez soi loin de chez soi.

Reviewed By Anita JI have a one-bedroom spacious apartment for 3 weeks very close to where I need to be (downtown supreme court, etc.). They clean twice a week and do laundry. Full kitchen, living room, etc. I find the people in Rwanda (pronounced "Rhonda") to be so kind, friendly, and this is a very safe place.

Reviewed By madch82We loved rwiza village. We found the price quality ratio good (we did get discount due to corona). Loved the hut, beds comfortable, waking up to a beautiful sunrise over the lake and the fisherman singing as they return home. Staff very helpful. Great breakfast, relaxing. We stayed one night more… that’s how lovey it was!
