Reviewed By Andreaclea2The staff where amazing so friendly my option on the French coming from New York was totally wrong they could not do enough and where very willing and able to speak English which was a big help the rooms where great we did not get a balcony as they where full but they got us one as soon as somebody checked out the breakfast was awesome something for everybody rooms where very Clea it’s a 20 min walk into the center of Toulouse and 3 min on the Metro with a station close by the hotel will definitely stay here again

The room is enough for 3-4 person and they have a good location near the city center and metro. Around the hotel we can found more than 1 supermarket and a lot of restaurant. Very Nice to stay here and very recomended. Thx

Reviewed By PhilipYosThis hotel offers a basic standard. Nothing fancy here. Its clean. Good location right by the metro Line or a 15 minuts walk to town. Friendly staff. Breakfast is a small Continental buffet. Good wifi. AND...... you get a small kitchen (fridge) in your room ;) Great value choice.

Toulouse is a beautiful city and has a fantastic transport system.I reserved this hotel because it is only 4 stops away from the main railway station and very close to an excellent shopping centre,so far so good.The hotel is maybe a 10 minute walk to the side of the shopping centre, through a filling station, on a very littered footpath ,overgrown hedges, past what appeared to be an unauthorised camping site and surrounded by an industrial estate.The road past the hotel is very busy.The hotel itself is newly build, very modern, warm and clean.Reception was friendly and efficient.Our room was large and quiet overlooking an inner courtyard.The bed was large and confortable but with 2 issues (1) poor and inadequate pillows and (2) reading lamps on the bed boards ----- much too low and you were in danger of hitting off them as you slept.The bathroom was fine, good water pressure but the shower gel bottle was empty and dirty at it's base and the towels were thin and just about acceptable.This is a budget property that could be better.It could be a little scary for a solo female guest arriving in the dark!!!!

DRILLING BANGING HAMMERING!!!! TOO NOISY
Reviewed By Ellh CThe first impression is not the best. It looks miserable and neglected. I arrived at 11:30 am and I asked for my room. They told me to wait until 3:00 to be located. Unfortunately, I have a disability issue with my leg so it was very painful for me to wait in the lobby for so long. Surprisingly, there were a lot of customers waiting for their rooms as well. During my waiting, I could observe the staff gathering in the restaurant, having coffee, eating, chatting and acting like they were on holidays. It seemed awkward because at that time they should have been cleaning up the rooms, since so many customers were already waiting. So at 1:30 I asked them again whether the room was ready. They answered as if they have forgotten about it and they tried to give me another room. They looked very unprofessional and they barely tried to speak in English. The world is not obliged to learn French ...!!! I was sent to a room on the 4th floor without being warned that it would be so noisy due to constructions taking place next to the room!!! Every day from 8:30 am till 4:00pm I can hear very loud banging, drilling and hammering. I am here for a seminar and I have to stay in the room the whole day. So I can't avoid all this noise and it is very annoying. Moreover, since I have a movement disability, it is very difficult to pack my things and change room. Another great issue is that there is no cleaning. They claim that the rooms are cleaned only once a week and if you are "lucky" enough to stay for 7 days, you will have it cleaned at some point. But for people who stay here only for 5 days, they have to do with dirty towels and bed linen. Not only that, but you are also obliged to take your own garbage to the bin outside the hotel. I have stayed to several apartment - hotels before and this is the first time I have faced such terrible conditions. Since there is no cleaning, no changing of towels, no taking out garbage,there is no good excuse for such a pricey stay. I definitely don't recommend it especially for families. The worst stay ever

Reviewed By 25leenWhat a quiet and relaxed hotel is this Le Patio Occitan. We stayed there for three nights. To our opinion much to short. The personnel was very friendly and speaking English. The room was very spacy and clean.

Reviewed By PanamerasitgesWhere to begin ... Bad area, dirty room, stink of trash near the elevator,broken equipment in the room, noisy, stink of other guests cooking. Very poor wifi requires sign in every time the phone screen goes black, wifi also slow. Very little cleaning of room, towels only once a week. You are required to clean the room before departure and it gets inspected by the front desk staff before you can check out!!! Front desk not 24 hours but plenty of staff during the day, I counted 5. Payment demanded one day before departure and then no receipt given. Truly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is more like a student backpackers. Avoid if you can.
