Kitchens are fully equipped with all the kitchenware needed and also has dishwasher and an oven. Apartments have free Wi-fi for our customers and new Smart - TV's.
A great looking place with some downsides.
Reviewed By mariaalikI'd give 3 1/2 stars - the rooms were stylishly decorated and spacious and I had an amazing view over the old town of Tallinn. The 24-hour reception is great and the staff was friendly. The location was pretty good - close to Rotermann, between the harbor and the old town. However, I felt the cleaning could have been better: there was previous guest's half-full water cup in the bathroom and the cup you keep your tooth brush looked dirty. I could see finger prints all over the door handles and the doors. You'd hope that during these times, they would pay extra attention to cleaning. Also, the apartment building is located next to big roads so you could hear the traffic in quite clearly which bothered my sleep even though I had earplugs on. That is a big minus for me personally. The bed was comfortable though.

Reviewed By KairitBWhat a fab find. Fab location , food shop Solarise near by and the main square. between 2 tram stops. and walking distance to everything. apartment was clean, nice bed pillows. It was warm and cosy. kitchen small but all you need. Electricity blew one day when I plugged something in but was fixed within hour. there is a lady downstairs if you need anything. Would definitely book again.

I booked the split level apartment for my stay and could not have been happier with my choice. It was the perfect blend of style and function - so much better than a hotel room. The staff was friendly and professional and the location was close to everything (dining, shopping and entertainment). The full kitchen allowed me to choose between dining out of whipping up a quick meal at the end of a long work day. I quickly made this place my home away from home. I will be back!!!

Reviewed By Jarmila777Modem equipped apartment with shower and kitchenette. Close to Rocca al Mare shopping centre. Dog friendly owner, but not speaking English and asking for payment before showing the accomodation. Fireplace in the common sitting room.

These are small, but cozy, comfortable and modern apartments. Settle down in the beautiful and stylish house with the elevator and a reception 24/7. What allows to live with advantages of hotel, but in the apartment, with kitchen and homeliness. The best place for those who wish to be in the centre of modern Tallinn and to enjoy walks on the old city which is in two minutes of walking.

Reviewed By Fredsp68This place is far too expensive for the quality of the apartments and the (lack of) services. In Vilnius, I had an apartment twice as big as this one for 50€ per night, including breakfast and daily cleaning. Here, for 76€ per night (50% more), there was no service at all, no cleaning, no breakfast, the apartment was small, with a bed on a mezzanine. Not comfortable at all for tall people like me. The apartment was not clean when I entered. There was no ventilation system, no AC and the room was too hot. The only option was to open the window, but it’s facing a very noisy street (cars, tram, buses). The apartment was also very dark, light being blocked by the trees just in front of the window. Furthermore, I’ve been asked to pay the car park in cash, which is weird. When I asked them why I had to pay cash, the answer has been: I don’t know! Usually, when ones asks to be paid in cash, it’s to avoid to declare it and escape taxes... I had no cash on me on the first day, so I said I would pay later (I had booked for 6 nights). On day 2, I had a post-it on my door to remind me to pay and on day 3, they woke me up at 8:45 by knocking at my door!!! That’s totally disrespectful. I don’t count the number of times I banged my head on the beam in the bathroom or on the ceiling in the bedroom-mezzanine! The pillows were smelling bad. The shower curtain was really dirty! The WiFi is very poor (max 9 Mbs download). The only positive thing about these apartments is their location, very close to the old city. I do not recommend this place.

Great apartment, but weird service
Reviewed By katrampThe apartment was nice and clean, but the service was weird. I talked on the phone with a man who promised us that we can check-in earlier, between 10 am to 11 am. Three days before arriving I stared writing letters to the Oldhouse Apartment, but I got no answer. I also called them several times, but nobody answers. When they finally answered the call, then a woman said that we can`t check-in earlier. I told her that someone from your organization promised me that we can check-in ealrlier, but the woman just replied "Tetchy clients like you will ruin my day" (we talked in Estonian). It`s a quite horrible thing to say to your client who has already paid for the apartment. I asked the woman why they didn`t have answer my calls or e-mail about exact checking-in time - she asked me that what I supposed her to answer when she don`t know what to answer. Okey, I don`t understand that, because letting me know that they don`t know it yet would have been way better than ignoring me for days. She also said "By the way, we have very thick walls in Old Town, so your e-mails may not reach us". It`s quite funny, because the thickness of walls can`t affect the internet so much (there are also many restaurants and I don`t believe that they don`t get their e-mails when someone wants to book a table) and when I wrote them a letter about booking, then I got answer with couple of hours. When I arrived to the apartment then the same woman told us that I need to pay 200 € in cash for deposit. I didn`t have cash, because nobody told this to me and there was no information about it - I booked the apartment though their own website and I asked (though the phone) if there are any rules or practices which I should to know and they only told me that no parties are allowed. So, when you want to book the apartment, then please asked them to send you the contract for check it before arriving! Before cheking-in I needed to sigh a contract which said that there will be penalty (50 €) if we won`t put our dishes into the dishwasher or there will be mess in the kitchen after leaving the apartment. But unfortunately the dishwasher didn`t work... So we needed to wash the dishes by hand, but it seems a little bit weird to threaten people with penalty although you don`t have a working dishwasher. I have booked a lot of apartments before, but I have never seen a contract with so many penalties. I also needed to give them all information about my MasterCard (also the security code) and nobody told this to me earlier. I was already in apartment and I had nowhere else to go, so I had to choice about it, but I feel absolutely not safe about giving all by card information to somebody I haven`t met before. I needed to write this information down, so now they have all information and if they want then they can use my MasterCard. I don`t feel ok about it. So, again, please asked them to sent the contract to you before cheking-in. But yes, the apartment itself was clean (exept for fake plants that were very dusty) and great. Location was comfortable.

We offer 10 apartments for rent – all with 1 bedroom. Apartments differ in size and accommodate between 2-6 persons. All apartments have flexible keyless entrance, are covered with free high speed Wi-Fi internet, have air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and flat screen TV in the living room. All apartments have high quality soft matresses and bedlinen in every bed, soft towels, soap and shampoo in the bathroom. All apartments have hair dryers, more than half of the apartments have washing machine-dryers. We have closed backyard with seating area to relax and a playground for the children to enjoy the outdoors and free parking is available in the backyard.

Reviewed By AlliumsativumExcellent place for people travelling with car. For pedestrians this is tad far from down town. Our attic apartment was cosy, roomy and very clean. They also have air conditioning which no dout is needed here in summertime. The fenced parking place was big enough for everyone. Nice place indeed.

All apartments are located in Tallinn Old Town in few minutes walk from the Town Hall Square. Due to location, many of the city landmarks, gallaries, museums, restaurants are within walking distance to Delta Apartments.
Comfortable Stay - Excellent Location
Reviewed By kim2228We stayed 4 nights in the Old Town Scandic Apartment. While not luxury and looking better in the pictures, than real life, I would still recommend. As with most of the apartments, you have to pick up your keys at their Pikk office location. You have to buzz into the locked building to get into the office for your keys. Our apartment was clean (definitely not spotless though) but acceptable. The location was perfect just seconds into the square. The only issue with the apartment was the sewer smell in the bathroom some days though this appears to be an issue at various establishments in the old town area. We weren't there to be in the apartment so it wasn't too big of a deal for us. You do have to carry your luggage up/down the stairs so this apartment wasn't accessible. There was also laundry insuite with washing tablets made available. You are able to drink the water, free wifi provided though it only worked in the bedroom. Overall I would recommend if you are looking for a great location, privacy, your own space with kitchenette, they this is a good find.
