Your night duty manager was most accomodating and even helped us out when we couldn't get back into the building in the early hours of the morning ? That is what you call commitment ?? Fa'afetai Wimberrley Payumo - YOU ARE THE BEST!!! Definitely come back again and the room was amazing! Exactly what we wanted and needed ?

Large clean rooms, friendly staff, despite its position you don’t hear a sound in your room and the blackout curtains keep out any light from the bright city. Great hotel to stay in and would stay again

Reviewed By Kiwi_ClassicsWe made a last minute booking for a Studio room on a Saturday late afternoon and were fortunate that they had availability. The large open plan room had a full kitchen, large fridge and microwave. There was a small dining table and chairs alongside the kitchen. The bathroom was large with modern fittings & tapware and had a heated floor. There is a beautiful heated pool in the attractive grounds. A few minutes walk takes you to the small township where there is a good choice if you feel like dining out. Our very nice hosts recommended Thai Lagoon and we weren’t disappointed. The food was excellent. We would definitely stay again at Raumati Sands…great location and everything is absolutely spotless.

Lost it on the detail - and WiFi or lack thereof
Reviewed By petermJ4751NRA bit tired but great location, big rooms and reasonable price. They need to spend a bit of money tidying up - clean just tired. Our biggest issue was lack of WiFi - they said it was complimentary but it just didn’t work. This day and age it’s a given. So please spend some money tidying up - painting plus other little jobs and get internet working if they addressed these then it would be 5/5 as everything else great.

Reviewed By KirstyR520Very average stage. Unfriendly unhelpful receptionist. Room Clean but very dated & old. Toilet ran all night. Apartment was on the terrace so very noisy, trucks emptying bins in the night outside Poly cotton sheets. Bed quite comfortable. ?

Smelt of Smoke
Reviewed By CarolynWellingtonNZI was disappointed that this non smoking room smelt strongly of stale cigarette smoke. I would confront the previous occupant/smoker and charge their credit card. The manager needed to take steps to get rid of it, such as putting some vanilla essence in saucers around the room and opening some windows at least.

Reviewed By PhillipB294Easy booking. Quick friendly check in. Excellent parking right in front of our unit. We had a one bedroom unit. Clean and tidy with everything needed for our one nights stay. Decent bathroom with large spa bath. Nice bed with good size room. We ate at Little India which is only a two minute walk from the motel. Maybe it is about time to invest in a bigger TV with sky and mount it on the wall. Besides that we will definitely stay here again next time when down visiting family.

Noisy at night
Reviewed By Cheffoodie61This place is good as it is close to the city but come night time when you are trying to sleep, forget it .... People coming & going from the eateries in the same area are noisy & also people walking by on the street. So either take your ear plugs or stay elsewhere.

The owner has created a lovely and tastefully decorated little oasis which is perfect - some real thought and care has gone into all the decisions made in setting this up, right down to the personalised instructions on arrival - a very classy touch. Highly recommended.
