Reviewed By andidumitras5 days stay, no cleaning, no toilet paper or towels, no garbage collection. I bag for one week daily after check out to unblock the guarantee fee. Almost every time told me lies. I ask many times for cleaning. The answer from front desk was "the cleaning lady is tired..."

Reviewed By nycbeeThis is hotel is well situated, very close to the Arena as well as the railway station. I was fortunate to be assigned a huge, high ceilinged room with an expansive balcony. Every member of the staff I interacted with was professional, friendly, and helpful, The breakfast room is a bit small but there is a good selection of breakfast items. I can only think of positive things to say about this hotel and highly recommend it for a stay in the beautiful city of Nimes.

Reviewed By CharlKMasonThe location of this place is excellent, direct access to the beach and proximity to Propriano town are hard to beat. In addition, all rooms have direct access to the garden which provides privacy. Overall the place looks very unassuming, the rooms are comfortable but basic and the restaurant looks more like a cafeteria. However despite the low-key look of the restaurant, the food quality is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Hotel is well located and that’s all, all the rest are lousy installations, a very uncomfortable room, noise everywhere at night and no clean service during the hole experience. Not idea how they think that kind of service cost the relative expensive price they charge.

Reviewed By travellingteabag2017We had a great stay here at the Residence and Spa Le Prince Regent. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with two teenagers and there was ample space for us all. The room was decorated really well and the bathroom was of high quality. It's in a perfect location on a quiet street but surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. I have a real aversion to noisy hotels and I cannot tell you how quiet the room was - it was pretty silent, no banging doors, loud music or revving cars. The breakfast which came to our room at exactly the time we requested was hot and fresh. It's a short walk to both Odeon and Luxembourg Metro and you can be at Notre Dam in 10 minutes by foot. In short I struggle to find anything to complain about and would stay there again in a shot. A big shout out to Cristina on reception too, who was wonderful and so accommodating. Thank you

Reviewed By carucateThis was our 4th stay at Resid'Spa and as always it was excellent. We stayed in Vigier this time, having had business suites on previous visits. It was lovely to have the extra space and the sofa for sitting on. The jacuzzi was a nice extra. Cleanliess was excellent, staff always friendly and helpful. The bed is extremely comfortable as are the pillows. The kitchen was well equipped (although no lid for saucepans). Wifi was very good an we were able to do meetings from the room. The pool here is a real highlight and as ever it was spotless as was the Hamman and shower areas. We love staying here and look forward to our stay every year.

From the photos and the look of the place it really did initially meet expectations but just a little scratch below the surface and bam the amount of unprofessionalism is profound. Unhelpful concierge. Nowhere to eat. No restaurant within close proximity. No available bottled water onsite. The spa is a children's play area not a relaxation zone with a cold pool and no towels, gowns or slippers to used due to a washing machine issue. A lot of confusion as to what our Nature Box gift included many many many hidden charges ontop of the price paid for the Nature Box. We won't be visiting again nor would I recommend.

Family Ski Holiday
Reviewed By Dogwash362Have just returned from a late season ski holiday staying at this hotel and our experience was excellent. Firstly all the staff that we encountered were polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean, well set out and much better than many ski resort hotels. Swimming pool was also great for us after a day's skiing. Easy transport access into Chamonix via a bus or train both of which have stops right by the hotel. Tip for those skiing in the Chamonix area, staying at this hotel and looking to take lessons, book with ESF at Argentiere as opposed to ESF Chamonix as much more convenient to get to in the morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future.
