Fair and comfortable!
Reviewed By brynna2017We initially booked a room for one night on a ground floor with AC since we were traveling with my 91 year old grandmother. Upon arriving we learned our room did not have AC. Luckily they changed our room to an upstairs room with AC. It was a little difficult for my grandmother to handle the stairs but we managed. They were very accommodating. The apartment was very spacious and very clean. It would be a wonderful place to base out of for future trips. We plan on returning in the future.

Reviewed By jenniferhY7558YVOne of my favourite hidden gems. Family run with an at home quaint feel. The fire is delightful on cold days. With mis matched furniture the courtyard is great to relax in after a bike ride. Serving fresh savoury and sweet snacks as well as local unetice beer at fair prices. The line can be long on sunny afternoons but it's worth the wait. Their traditional czech bucty (plum marmelade or clotted cheese filled baked doughnuts) are worth breaking the strictest of diets. Check out their schedule of events for evenings of live music.

Reviewed By Robert JTotally agree with "Adrian W": Helada Hotel is placed near Mlada Boleslav centrum 3 Km from Skoda production plant, so if You are visiting Skoda its good place for You. 2 kinds of rooms (studio), like a little flat with fully equipped kitchen, place to eat, big toilet and comfortable bed. In my opinion its one of the best places to stay in Mlada. Service OK. Lady working in reception is competent and polite. Restaurant OK, everything was fresh. Good free internet connection.

Amazing place!
Reviewed By kik24I really liked this place. It is really pretty and close to downtown. The room is very well decorated and clean. It has a kitchen inside the room and a little table. Also downstairs there is a coffee shop.

Great place, very quiet, spacious and very clean

Service is still top notch, breakfasts still massive and so tasty. If any questions the owners are always on hand to help or organize everything to make you stay fabulous. We only wish to live closer, so would visit more often, as we always feel like a part of family.

Klidné a krásné ubytování
Reviewed By Věra TUmístění apartmánů: Apartmánové domy jsou již prý k dispozici jen dva, ne tři, jak je jinde inzerováno (třetí majitelé prodali) a nenachází se v obci Dolní Vidim, ale v obci Horní Vidim. V domě jsou dva apartmány - přízemní a podkrovní. Domy jsou umístěné v okrajové části obce, kde vás mohou rušit maximálně sousedi ubytovaní nad/pod vámi nebo ovečky s kozami, které jejich majitel přes den nechává se napást jen pár metrů od ubytování. Jelikož máme dvě děti, tak zvířátka byla spíše zpestřením. Apartmán: Apartmán v přízemí 3+1 byl pěkně zařízený, čistý, se spoustou úložného prostoru a velkou koupelnou. Téměř každý jsme vařili, nic nám v kuchyni nechybělo. Bylo krásně, proto jsme jedli převážně venku na příjemné verandě. U apartmánu je možné využít gril nebo ohniště (dřevo a pícháky byly k dispozici), venkovní bazén u hotelu nebyl, wi-fi fungovala s častými výpadky. Okolí: Kousek od ubytování se nachází velké, nádherné dětské hřiště. Kluci se tam hned seznámili s dalšími dětmi a trávili tam spoustu času po tom, co jsme dorazili z výletů. Asi dvě stě metrů od apartmánu je obchůdek, kde se dá sehnat téměř vše včetně čerstvého pečiva. Odpoledne majitel otevírá druhou část domku a funguje zde hospůdka se šipkami. Hned naproti jsme si chodili od jednoho sympatického staršího pána kupovat zeleninu ze zahrady - okurky, rajčata... Apartmány jsou díky svému umístění úžasným výchozím bodem pro výlety např. na hrad Kokořín, skalní útvary v Želízech nebo Mšeně, Šemanovický nebo Kokořínský důl, ale třeba i Mácháč. Rozhodně doporučujeme.

Rodinný hotel v Českém ráji
Reviewed By bronekTPZařízení má svá nejslavnější léta (dle našeho názoru tak relom milénia) za sebou. Tomu odpovídá interiér pokojů, restaurace, apod. Zařízení nabízí poměrně velké vyžití pro rodiny s dětmi (bazén, hřiště, sportoviště, minigolf, stolní tenis). Kuchyně nás nenadchnula, nabídka jídel zastaralá, kvalita za cenu neodpovídá. Když se sejde větší objednávka najednou, nestíhají. Obsluha hotelu milá, vstřícná, zaměstnanci byli většinou cizinci.

Low in hygiene and overall low in standard
Reviewed By AmamTanWe entered room 54 and it was not cleaned. It felt extremely uncomfortable. There was very short shaved hair all over the entire sofa, bed head rest, shower cubicle walls, on top of microwave, portable cooking stove and also kitchen top. I spent a good 30 minutes wiping the area. The closet is made of paper material and almost all torn up and unusable. The kitchenette is small and inadequate. Breakfast was not good due to a small selection and the coffee was very diluted. All in all not a good place to stay at all as their gym studio is right next to the apartment room 54 and 53 and they will blast music through the thin walls with the fitness classes from 8.30 am to wake you up and everyday with different timings, such as 11am, 3pm, 7pm to late and also at continuous 3 hours at times. We were not able to rest well here at all.
