Church of the Redeemer is a traditional Anglican church in downtown Sarasota. Founded in 1885, and in current location since 1950, this beautiful church has over 2,500 full-time members plus receives many seasonal visitors. Constructed in traditional cruciform style with an elaborate icon above the high altar, many amazing stained glass windows, historical oil paintings and art, and bell tower with bells made in Passau Germany.

Modern Marimba is a cultural destination for the performing arts featuring marimba, vibraphone, and other mallet percussion keyboard music in Southwest Florida – land once inhabited by the Indigenous Calusa, Tocobaga, and Seminole territory, and once inhabited by Black Seminoles and an Angolan community of maroons.
