We had such a good time in the main theater (saw On Your Feet) that we went back two nights later to the smaller theater (saw Nana Does Vegas). The actors were terrific! Kylee (main theater) was an especially attentive and friendly server. The dinner buffet was excellent, too. We just happened upon the theater while researching 'things to do in the evening' in southwest Florida and were so glad we went. We definitely will go back again next time we're vacationing in the area,

Snow birds and locals pack the theater for almost every show. Just saw "A Gentleman's guide to Murder" which was very well staged and acted. The Rep, located in th eArcade in downtown Ft Myers is always on top of their game with a good choice of shows. If you spend time in Ft Myers, be sure to get tickets to at least one show.

This art center in Downtown Fort Myers is a 23,000 square foot Neoclassical Revival building built in 1933 on the site of the old fort. The columns on the front are made of limestone from the Florida Keys and the walls are embedded with coral and sea shells. I've never seen anything quite like it; it is very eye-catching! In 1960, the building was converted into a Federal Court House, but in 1998 it was abandoned. It then suffered a lot of damage and many of the original fixtures were removed or destroyed. In 2003, a not-for-profit organization obtained a 99 year lease from the city and began renovations. In 2007, Berne Davis pledged $1 Million for restoration and the name of the building was changed in honor of the family's contribution. This is when renovation of the first floor began. By the end of 2008, 10,000 square feet of the building had been restored. Another grant of $650,000 was received in 2012, and those renovations were completed in 2014. The building is currently used for arts education, music lessons, lectures, art exhibitions, and independent film screenings. The enormous luminaria in the front of the building are lighted at night and are spectacular to see and walk around. They are covered in cut out words that narrate a story, and the words fall on the building and all around. Its a spectacular building to see and it is wonderful that it was rescued.

Great evening with friends on the train. The actors did a marvelous job going back and forth between each car with another clue each time. High energy and fun cast. Food was excellent - prime rib dinner was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was surprised that the ride was so long - left at 6:30 and didn't return until 10:00. A very fun evening - highly recommend.
