We enjoyed the food tour with Jim very much. He not only fed us with delicious food, but also with a lot of information about the Chinese culture and history. He also explained a lot about tea, coffee, beer and the food. Jim did me the great favor to choose mainly vegetarian food. Our kids booked the tour for us and didn't mention my preference before. We ended the tour in an excellent vegetarian restaurant with a lot of delicious choices. It was a great afternoon - thank you Jim!

I'm writing this review even so I couldn’t enjoy the tours with Miki. We booked 2 tours in Shanghai, unfortunately I was not able to travel due to sickness. I informed Miki about the circumstances 5 days prior planed arrival. We received the full money back without any complaints. This is what I would call customer service. Whenever I have the chance to book a tour with Miki, certainly I will do. Hopefully in the near future. Thanks again, best wishes, Jürgen
