Read alot about the sunrise tours but settled on this one and did not regret my decision. Kadek the driver arrived 5 mins early at our Ubud accommodation, 2.10am! And then he explained everything thoroughly before we arrived at Batur. Then it was Ketut's time to shine, our local guide who was just brilliant when going up and down, helping my girlfriend when she needed assistance on tricky bits and constantly making sure we were both okay. At the top he took photos and showed us the smoke coming out of the craters. He made a great experience even better. No complaints about the breakfast, you'll read 101 stories about bad experiences if you read too much like I did but this tour and getting Ketut as the guide, it was perfect.

We booked with Bali Traditional Tours last April and highly recommend the experience. Our guide was Ketut and he was fantastic. We learned an incredible amount about Bali and its people and enjoyed visiting several sites, including Tanah Lot, Ulun Danu Beratan, and the Jatiluwih rice terraces. It's a great tour because you see beautiful places and learn about the local culture.

What can I say we received the best guide in Bali We tried Jun one the first day we were in Bali We were so happy and impressed with his customer experience he went out of his way and beyond to explain everything around while we were driving The thing that was so impressive is Jun dedicated the day as a guide and he has his wonderful driver with him I was so happy with them I canceled all the booking we made with orther company and went with Jun and his driver every day for rest of my holiday Also have to mention Jun messaged me to see if we arrived safely back home!! The place was really good and we enjoyed it to the max.. the only problem are the cheaters, they gave us really high prices and they were annoying really, please dont let them cheat on you ask them to reduce more than half of the price or check any other company, be careful there are many companies inside.. Glass boat was horrible.
