Owen is very knowledgeable and willing to help always. We received very good pricing for all activities. Owen arranged the elephant horse back riding and also took us around Livingstone town. Owen went the extra mile and was willing to help with collection and town shopping even at short notice. We would definitely recommend Owen for all activity arrangements and airport collections. The Dinner trip aboard the Royal Livingstone Express is a combination of a fine dining experience and a sight-seeing journey.
