Good Views from Room

We arrived at Ingenia Holidays Ocean Lake via the scenic Wallaga Lake road. Check in was quick and we were given a cabin (booked a 2 bedroom Park Cabin) right in front of the lake, with a balcony for us to take in the tranquil view. Sunset was stunning and the sky was in different hues of pink! Cabin is spacious (a short flight of steps to access cabin), clean and with heater. Hotel is about 7km away from Bermagui and might be far from dining options. Staff's recommendation of Camel Rock Brewery Bar and Grill, a short 4min drive away was good.

Great spot to stay near town

We stayed for Easter on a powered site; originally booked on an unpowered site but after staff called to say the grounds were quite wet they were able to accommodate us on a powered site. Great location with proximity to town and easily accessible to visiting attractions. We loved that over the Easter weekend there were extra activities/attractions for both kids and adults. Staff were very helpful and amenities were modern and clean. We’ll be back again.

Great Location

Reviewed By Stebbenator

Warm welcome from reception, very helpful with local info. The park is very well kept, grounds are lush and green. Accommodation- Jacaranda Pet Friendly Cabin. Cabin could do with updating, however it was spotlessly clean, inc bright white sheets and towels. Our dog was given a welcome pack with treats which was a nice touch. There is a free warm dog wash station as part of the facilities. Location is good. 10 minute walk to Imlay street in town. There is a back way which is not as steep which brings you to the rear of the park, however it was quite muddy so keep this in mind if visiting in the cooler months. Recommend :-)

I stayed at the hideaway cabins for five nights

Reviewed By O7599PEjohnr

It was the fist time that paid a deposit to find the nightly rate had gone up from $125 to $140. Previously other venues had increased their rates after I booked but locked mine in at the rate at booking time. The cabin was very clean and the furniture was all in good condition with a very comfortable main bed. The staff were friendly and helpful and there were a number of friendly people to mix with. A stroll of ten minutes would get you into town where a number of cafes, clubs and supermarkets could be found. This park was kept very tidy and has some great ammenities such as heated covered pool and spa, mini golf and basket ball rings

A beautiful stay

Reviewed By Trish R

We were so blessed to have a fabulous week of weather and relax at this well run park. Our site backed onto the lake which was perfect for our van as it has a back facing door. The staff were helpful. The amenities block was very clean and warm. And the barbecue area, with sink and hot water made washing up easy. The beach is just across the road and a walk around the lake very pleasant. Even though they had experienced a lot of rain, the site was dry and grassed. Would recommend a stay

Not good value

Reviewed By colm1

Stayed in a Lookout Point Bedroom Villa which was very small and cramped. The kitchen wall was an eysore in need of maintenance and painting and there was a large hole in the wall at the front entrance. The kitchen table and plastic chairs were cheap and nasty. The tv is in the kitchen but nothing there to sit on other than a plastic kitchen chair. No room for any other seating. The en-suite bathroom was only slightly bigger than a large wardrobe and the wash basin so small that you can't fit both hands in it under the tap without getting water on the floor. The only good thing I have to say is the bed was quite comfortable but overall we thought the cabin was poor value for money.

Traveling down the south coast I unfortunately crashed My van and had my dog with me ? The girls at tween waters shuffled bookings around and my and my girl have been here now two weeks! They offered me a weekly rate as well which was to me, them going above and beyond to help me financially. I'm in the islander cabin and there so quaint ☺️ More than adequate bedding, an ensuite and a full kitchen and aircon! And I can have my pooch with me!!! The manager is an amazing woman who knows what she's doing on all basis which is awesome! And the girls that work the resort whether it be reception, Gardening or house keeping... Always a smile on their faces and a "Can do" attitude and approach to any request. This place should definitely be a "Bucket list" visit. Two thumb's up from me.
