Nicholas our travel consultant from DAS was extremely helpful when my friends and I were planning our weeklong Gorillas Trek and Safari. He was very detailed when answering our questions and had nice suggestions for better and cheaper lodges than our initial request. Gorillas permits were also cheaper in Uganda. We did a mix of water on Kazinga channel, chimps in Kibale and gorillas in Bwindi which was absolutely incredible with Herbert. He made our trip very interesting with his valuable input and experience tracking animals on the game drives. Meeting with friendly Batwa pygmies was also very nice. Everything was well laid out and we have no complaints about anything. I recommend DAS and hope my friends also share their appreciation soon.

My friend and I had spent 2 weeks working in Kampala, in our 3rd and last week we made a last minute decision to do a safari and we found Simba Safari trough safari bookings.com we talked to them and explained that we were in a rush, in less then 30 minutes we had booked and payed for the safari. Our guide, Jorge, arrived at our place in time and took us to see the falls, what an amazing sight that was! First we did a boat ride and after that we had a very nice game drive that ended at the Pakuba lodge. It’s a nice lodge, ok food, but great for just spending the night, unfortunately there was a power breakdown and we had to bath using lanterns. The following morning we headed to a game drive, Jorge managed to find a total of 14 lions for us! He was a great guide! Later on we headed to the rhino sanctuary, for a walk to find the rhinos, we found them and they were walking towards our direction, we had to keep moving back, it was very exciting! This was the end of the experience, I believe it was the greatest choice we could make to end this amazing trip! Thank you Jorge and Simba Safari!

Me and my husband went for a two-day safari to Murchison Falls. Our first time on a safari. We were not disappointed at all! The guide and driver Onesimus made the whole experience unforgettable. He was very knowledgeable about the country and the animals and a clever and safe driver. Up to the park it was pouring down, but he had focus on security and traffic rules at all times. He was very friendly and polite too. He gave good information and took us to all the places in time. He even did an extra effort so that we could see two lions. We are truly grateful for that! The ferry ride up the river Nile was fantastic and we saw all the expected animals. The only thing we missed were the soft madrasses at home. The beds at the lodge were too hard for our taste. We can truly recommend Rumara Safaris and Onesimus as your driver and guide.

After a false start with another Trip Adviser package where I received very little communication, I booked this trip with Simba Africa Expeditions despite them having no customer reviews. I needn't have worried! Almost immediately I started receiving messages confirming my trip and arrangements. I did have to pay extra than advertised because I was a solo traveller, but the increase was relatively modest. It also meant that I had a personal guide and driver. Arnold was excellent, very knowledgeable about everything and obliging, ensuring that I wasn't short of food or water. My accommodation near Pakwach was unique and very comfortable. It was in easy reach of the National Park. From the get go I was busy with three game drives and a trip on the Nile river to Murchison Falls. But be prepared for an early start every morning! But so worth it with an abundance of wildlife, and I managed the 'big five' including a close encounter with a leopard. Arnold had so much knowledge of the wildlife and I learnt so much. And on top of that we got to walk with Rhinos in Ziwa Sanctuary. I would without hesitation recommend Simba Africa!

You will meet the group of untouched chimpanzee in kyambura gorge and look for famous Tree climbing Loins Ishasha southern sector. Visit gorilla trekking the last mountain gorillas in the forest of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and spend an hour amongst these gentle giants. Spend time at coffee tour or climb to Mt. Mgahinga.

We had a 5 days trip including Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Lake Bunyonyi, Queen Elizabeth NP and Kampala with Augustine. All the country, organization and lodges were very nice but Augustine was the most special one. He did his best for us; driving all day, making sure we eat good local food and we are happy. Thanks a lot for everything guys.
