Arch Rock Brewing Company

Stopped in for a quick pint and a growler fill and stumbled upon a gem. Todd was a great host, pouring us some samples and pints before we settled on a growler fill of the Belgian strong and a crowler of pale. This brewery sticks with the idea of brewing fewer beers to an amazing standard and it definitely works for me. Each one of the four beers on tap were great stylistically and tasted amazing. Thanks for the great beer! I'm just mad I didn't bring more home.

The first time we stopped in was for a tasting after a great bike ride out to the beach on the trail near the brewery. This stop off was a great test that led us back the following evening for our own growler of beer to take back to the hotel and enjoy on our own! You can't go wrong with any of the taps here, but shout out to the Milkshake IPA and guest tap of Baked Apple Cider! The staff was super friendly at the atmosphere was laid back and vacation worthy.

Our sakés range from classics, to bolder more contemporary profiles, and even fruit infused. Ready to taste? Our tasting room is open seven days a week and offers three different flight options and a tasting tray for additional purchase.

SakeOne is a sake brewery, that offers tours and tastings. Be sure to check ahead for the tour times. The sake making process is different from wine, beer or spirits, and so the tour can be very worthwhile to the interested individual. In the tasting room, the employees are knowledgeable and helpful, and can tailor your tasting to suit your palate. I learned a lot about sake, and would recommend this attraction for those interested.

Full Sail Brewing Company

Our Brew Pub is now OPEN for take-out and limited dine-In service for up to 6 people per table. Masks are required unless seated at your table. At this very moment, perched on a bluff overlooking the Gorge, our specialists in the liquid refreshment arts are crafting barley and hops into your next beer. Swing by, have a pint, grab a bite, and soak up the view.

My wife and I were staying in Hood River as part of our NW U.S road trip and we had identified FSBC as a place to visit. Full Sail offers a great range of awarding winning ales, it was a warm day and we were lucky to secure a table on the front patio with the balcony view. We ordered a couple of cheese soups and turkey sands - delicious. Not wishing to leave our balcony view table we ordered a couple more beers. In addition to the bar and restaurant, brewery tours are available free of charge. Well worth a visit.
