Reviewed By Belgie1964Een zeer goed hotel met Belgische eigenaar. Men spreekt wel Duits en het eten is ook zeer goed. Het hotel ligt vlak aan de skipiste met een leuke bar in de kelderverdieping. Er is ook een ruime parking voorzien. Vlakbij ligt ook een lokale bar(Blazenka) die spotgoedkoop is om iets te gaan drinken.

Best pension in town

Room was not very big.There is a door between the hallway and the room which I like very much. Large tv. Room had shutters, so could be made very dark. I can definitely recommend a visit to Cafe Charlotte where they have delicious cakes.

Reviewed By Tyna1982One of the best holidays we have had in years! ??We stayed there for a week. We had 2studios connected with a door as we are family of four. Both rooms were clean and the view was breathtaking. The inside and outside play areas for kids were spot on. The outside heated pool was a bit small but it did not bother us at all. The food was great. We had breakfast included in price. Also there was only a self-serviced bar offering all kinds of beverages open during the daytime - with a decent white wine, beer and lemonade available on drought- evening meals you needed to order in advance in the morning the latest but we did not mind that at all. If you fancied nicer bottle of wine or a cup of coffee you could always order that before the staff went home. There is well equipped kitchenette with a fridge and microwave in each room anyway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back there soon??

perfect calm place for small money
Reviewed By RambolecThe place is perfect for a quiet stay to take a rest. It looks a little bit strange and has old-fashioned furniture, but has all we need in hotel. Room and toilet were very clean. Service was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good as for Czech circumstances. We didn't like coffee only.

Nice, quiet but nothing special
Reviewed By TomJacobsAs mentioned in prior reviews the owner(s) are extremely friendly and the price range is value for money. Breakfast was adequate but the setting seemed cold. The rooms were clean but neither sheets or towels were changed once during the 4 nights there. It is good but not great. I would stay again but complain if a similar issue occurred.

Levné ubytování v Železné Rudě nacházející se v těsné blízkosti u lyžařského vleku Belveder. V hodné ubytování pro mladé páry, rodiny s dětmi ale i pro firemní akce, či narozeninové oslavy díky krytému přístřešku a sezení pro cca 15 osob s možností grilování. Kapacita ubytování je 20 osob a v roce 2019 prošla chata kompletní rekonstrukcí.
Že cenu je to přijatelné ubytování.

Nicméně jsme měli jeden polštář s plísňí a když jsem viděla pračku, která doprala a celou noc nebyla vyklizená, bylo mi jasné proč. Polštář s plísní nás nechal pochybovat o čistotě penzionu a noc už nebyla tak příjemná. I tak ale doporučuji všem, co se chtějí v Železné Rudě jen usadit na jednu noc.

Reviewed By Maria JSehr gutes Essen, auf Sonderwünsche wird eingegangen. Die freundliche Bedienung spricht auch deutsch. Auf der Terasse und im Restaurant hat man einen herrlicher Ausblick über das Tal und die Berge, direkt ins Grüne. Wir wollen wiederkommen.

Cheap and very basic
Reviewed By Roy CWe stayed at this hotel over the New Year having stayed at a number of pension hotels in the town. Admittedly it is cheap like all the hotels and has the same level of basic facilities within the room. The photos on their website definitely did not represent the room we were allocated. Ours was Ok although very tired. The curtains did not meet, the windows were also very drafty, the toilet was separate from the shower which was not a problem only it was contained within a very small cuboard, the towels as if often the case were very small and rather hard and the shower cubical was dark with faulty shower head, the room and beds were clean mind. As we were half board the dinner and breakfast were Ok albeit rather limited. The owner did opoligise as the hotel was struggling to warm up with the below zero outdoor temperatures. For us the plus for the hotel was the on site parking and the close proximity to the ski lift. Would we use it again? Possibly as it is cheap but first we would check reviews of other hotels in the surrounding area first.

Reviewed By miskacibulVýborné jídlo ..milý personál ..hezký čistý pokoj ..až na noční hluk aut ze silnice vedle hotelu ..příjemný pobyt Kousek od hotelu necelé 2 kilometry leží město Železná ruda ve kterém je muzeum historických motocyklů a když se vydáte na druhou stranu než kdyby jste šli do města .. tak půjdete zas necelé 2 kilometry a dojdete k informačními středisku Alžbětín, které je v historické budově nádraží Železná Ruda Alžbětín – Bayerisch Eisenstein ..centrální halou nádraží probíhá státní hranice mezi ČR a Německem ..stojí za to vidět

Reviewed By Taxi PChceme tímto poděkovat a zároveň doporučit pobyt v hotelu Sirotek. Náš třídenní pobyt stál za to. Umístění hotelu kousek od pěkné lanovky na Pancíř, Špičák. Krásné místo, personál ochotný, vstřícný, prostě pohoda, jakou si člověk na dovolené přeje.
