They took me on a tour of the city and the temple, helped me get to Central Station and always responded quickly and pleasantly. The best room I have had in all of India. Clean with a beautiful view. warmly recommended. Scooters can be rented from them at a low price. You will arrive and you will never want to leave

Hotel Js palace is devoted to providing excellent facilities and amenities such as free high speed internet, Secured Car Parking and beautiful scenery view of a Temple and Mountain at all our rooms. The hotel has an excellent airport shuttle service though you may prefer to rent a car.
Disappointing service and non transparent hotel staff
Reviewed By BabykutuThe hotel was called at 15:00 and we check for available rooms, the receptionist confirmed that rooms were available and did not take a reservation request on the phone. Upon reaching the hotel at 20:00 we were informed no rooms were available despite the assurance we were given in the afternoon. Make my trip room option was open for this hotel so the room was booked online. We were denied the room citing lack of availability and no one was interested to initiate a discussion. Basic hospitality courtesy missing and rude behaviour of the staff as were were accused of booking a room despite their denial. When questioned as to why they kept make my trip option open , no answered were provided. Please deal with this unprofessional hotel at your risk.

Nice accomodation
Reviewed By loganeswerWe booked 4 bedded room and there were options available like two double beds or four single beds etc. Room is neat and clean. All the accessories are working fine. Restaurant serves both non-veg and veg but they have separate kitchen and masters. Card accepted in hotel but not in restaurant or for room service. That's the only disappointment. Otherwise we are having a good time.

Worst possible experience
Reviewed By sarma7419I am a yearly visitor to Thiruvannamalai and its the first time to book this hotel. This one ranks as the worst possible ever hotel. Nothing is good about this place. 1. Rooms reek of sewage smell 2. Apathetic attitude of the staff ( I could locate only the front desk manager and a room boy ). They care a damn for your needs 3. Lousiest restaurant. Calling room service is a joke. Nobody lifts the call. And if you down to order tea , it takes 1 hour to get your tea 4. The stingy manager says "he is out of stock on Water bottles" which are supposed to given one per day 5. Trash left all over the corridors

The guest house with class and cleanliness

Accross the road from the famous ashrams of Ramanashram and Sheshadri ashram it is excellent location close to most places . The rooms are clean and bath rooms are small but have hot running water . The tariff is reasonable and there there are A/C rooms which are priced higher because these are bigger .Smaller room with a/ c will cost less . There is a tiny restorant on the roof top but avoidable . Security is excellent . The view of Arunachala from the roof is stunning . Go for the bigger and a/ c rooms which is about Rs 1500 /- per night .

It has a view of the Mountain Arunachala from guest rooms and from roof top as well. Trishul is in heart of the Town. Lord Arunachaleshwara temple is 3 minutes walk, Sri Ramanashram and Yogi Ramsurathkumar Ashrams are 2 kms away from Trishul.

Worst Ever Experience
Reviewed By 751mithunrOne of the worst ever properties we have stayed. Please keep off this so called resort. We had booked 3 rooms for 3 nights for almost 20000. What greeted us was 3 days of utter misery. The first double room given to us had the Flush in bathroom broken and not in a condition to be used. With a 3 month old baby and 7 year old, we waited for few hours for the Bathroom to be fixed, only to be told after hours of waiting that they will shift us to another room in another block. The new room was no different with no water since the motor was not functioning. 3 days of misery with no hygiene or cleanliness, its a never to return place. A huge dog at the entrance poorly maintained and unclean.

Do not book a room in this place
Reviewed By VirgiMasciThe guesthouse is very far from the city and when you arrive to the bus station you need a tuc tuc to reach it, it costs 200 rupees. Then they rent you a bike to go to the city for 200 rupees per day and you must buy petrol for 100 rupees minimum. The tuc tuc to go away wants 250 rupees. The room costs 850 per night but you must add all the other rupees. It is not a cheap accommodation. It is better to stay in the city centre. The room was terrible and also the bathroom, dirty everywhere and without sink. Bad sheets dirty and bad smell. They cancelled my reservation on booking.com so I couldn't write there my review. Do not book in this guesthouse.
