Dar Sitti Aziza

Dar Sitti Aziza is more than a heritage hotel: it is a labor of love. In English, the name of our hotel is “The House of My Grandmother Aziza.” The name Aziza means “precious” in Arabic, which to us gives our hotel a double meaning: it is precious both in word and also in memory of our grandmother whose name it bears. We have many fond memories of hearing stories about this unique home of our family, and we are now ready to offer this home to the many visitors who come around the world to visit Bethlehem, Palestine and beyond.Ahlan wa sahlen! You are welcome!

O hotel está passando por reformas.

Superb guesthouse. Don't hesitate!

I recommend to anyone wanting to venture in Palestine and discover Bethlehem, Hebron and Jerusalem, to stay at Alrowwad. The guesthouse is new and offers very high hotel standards. The rooms are very clean, with comfortable beds and the staff is very kind, helpful. There's a great take-way close by. There is also a small gift shop in the ground floor corner featuring local goodies and creations. By staying here, you also help the local with much needed support: Solidarity even better than charity. I've also visited the Alrowwad Cultural and Arts Society bringing joy and laughter to the neighbourhood. I will surely visit again.

Khouriya Family Guesthouse

Wonderful hosts

Reviewed By MarieW01234

I was looking for a place to experience Palestinian hospitality with my family and I definitely made the right choice. Rawda and Issa were very welcoming and we shared meals together while exchanging stories. The homemade food was very delicious and prepared with local products. Lucky us that we are still enjoying the olive oil and Zaatar we took back home. As it was pretty cold when we were there, I hope to come back again to enjoy the garden as well. The house is located in Jifna, 20min by car from Ramallah, and offers a quiet place to stay in a village.

Here for the coffee

Reviewed By Carol D

My roommate and I spend some time here with a bit of coffee and tea while we waited for the rest of our group come out of Church of Nativity. The place had outdoor sitting area as well as inside. Getting your choice of coffee or tea was easy enough, although I wasn't sure where to pay it wasn't where you got your coffee. But there was a window up a few stairs is where they collected payment. The inside was pretty, we moved inside when it started raining (only a little bit). I enjoyed the people watching aspect of this place. FYI the outside allows for smoking. Inside does not.

This is a hotel where group tourists are booked in and are helpless ! The attitude is take it or leave it .The dining rooms are crowded and badly managed. You need to beg for service ! Not recommended - make sure with your tour operator this hotel is not the place you will stay ! It will only spoil a once in a life time experience of the Holy Land.

The best guesthouse ever!

Reviewed By YasmineEgy

We went with our school to Palestine. Beit Sahour is such a lovely and budget-friendly place to stay! The people in the guesthouse are extremely friendly, the food is so good like literal traditional Palestinean home-cooked food! The staff is amazing, I already miss it there! When we really liked a desert or something, the sweet stuff would make us an extra dose to share! Amazing is all I can say. Would not change this experience for the world. Thank you guys! Greetings from Belgium! Yasmine :)
