Reviewed By Akmal AGreat location. Cute little rooms. Wifi available. Working distance to the medical centre, police fire station and to song village. Accesible to the restaurants around. Not many but very friendly. The locals are awesome.

Worst memory in SDA dive shop
Reviewed By MinjiK352I stayed at the SDA guest house to get a license of diving about two days. I was trained by japanese diver and she was a awfully unkind person. I was not good at diving and thats why I had come there to learn. I lost my balance in the water and was floundering. That time she shouted at me in the water (I heard her voice yelling) and kept hitting my legs without giving me a hand signal. I was very shocked, I could not get over how rude she was. I believe a dive master has responsibility to take care of trainees in any situation and I think what she did that time was not professional as an instructor. It was very uncomfortable memory in saipan and I hope thats never going to happen again. 이틀 정도 잠수 면허를 따기 위해 SDA 게스트하우스에 묵었다. 나는 일본 다이버에게 훈련을 받았고 그녀는 매우 불친절한 사람이었다. 나는 다이빙을 잘 하지 못했고 그래서 배우러 온 것이다. 나는 물 속에서 균형을 잃고 허둥대고 있었다. 그때 그녀는 물속에서 나에게 소리쳤으며(그녀의 목소리가 들렸다) 손신호를 주지 않고 계속 내 다리를 때렸다. 나는 매우 충격을 받았다. 나는 그녀가 얼마나 무례한지를 극복할 수 없었다. 나는 다이빙 마스터가 어떤 상황에서도 연습생을 돌볼 책임이 있다고 믿고, 나는 그녀가 그때 한 일이 강사로써 전문적이지 않았다고 생각한다. 사이판에서의 기억은 매우 불편했고 다시는 그런 일이 없었으면 좋겠다.

ABO Apartment Saipan is located in the center of Grandma Beach. The hotel has one villa and 10 apartments. The two kinds of building are both in the middle position of the Grandma diving area and Grandma Beach. In addition, the Grandma Interrupted Island, Grandma Golf Club, Japanese defense base are all near the hotel.
Friendly, but dirty.
Reviewed By Jin Seon AIt is far from the airport than I think. 공항에서 위치가 생각보다 멀다. Bathroom, kitchen hygiene is poor. 욕실, 주방의 위생 상태가 굉장히 좋지 않았다. Especially, I wanted to use the kettle but it was so dirty. Inside the kettle was a hot spice powder & water :( 특히 전기 포트를 사용하려고 하였으나 계속 되지 않아 살펴보니 포트 안에 고춧가루가 떠다녔다. Not a sea view. When I wanted to see the sea, I went outside. 바다 전망이라고 하였으나 집 밖을 나와 밖으로 나가야만 바다가 보였다. Restaurant is too far to go on foot. (If you use the taxi, you pay for $5-minimum. 식당이 걸어가기엔 너무 멀다. 만약 택시를 탄다면 최소 5달러 지불해야 함.

The Jun Guest House is located at the beautiful Saipan Beach Road with ocean view. We have total of 11 rooms with private bathrooms. Rooms are connected with living room areas so group of people can enjoy their trips with friends. You will have wonderful ocean view with beautiful memories.

Serve its purpose
Reviewed By Th0rGStayed here for the weekend with my wife and son. The location was tops, by the beachfront. Patio and view was amazing. The 2 bedroom/1 bath suite we stayed in was spacious with full kitchen, dining area and living room. A little bit run down but understandable considering it's an older hotel that surpassed 2-3 typhoons back to back. The beds were springy. The carpet also needs to go. Maybe change it into tiles or wood. It has a slight dingy smell that emits through the room; it's also brown in color - imagine that. The hotel was fully booked at the time of our visit so we felt stuck but made do. We were always out of the hotel and just came back enough to sleep. The A/C was pretty strong which is a plus considering there's a musky smell over all. I am unsure if other rooms are better or have recently been renovated but base on this experience, I wouldn't stay here again. The staff was super nice and friendly. I added extra star for their welcoming attitude. Otherwise, a strong 2 stars for me.

The owners MJ and Irma are so kind and accommodating and really pay attention to the details and focus on the satisfaction of the guests and making you feel welcome! The room and all of the facilities were spotlessly clean, comfortable and inviting. Chef prepared to order breakfast is offered in the morning so you can enjoy starting your day in a cute dining area just steps from the ocean. Even if this is a few miles away from the village of Garapan, I found that it was truly worth the short drive and MJ and Irma will treat you like family. This is my go to hotel in Saipan!

Reviewed By hrcalsoThey offer airport shuttle service. I paid $15 each way. The first room on 3rd floor and a odor in it that I could not handle so was moved to new room 2nd floor. No odor. Adhere to not leave your room window open. Go out the door and turn R, then first road R to main road. Go L on other side about 5 min a little mall. Has shops, grocery store, Ice cream sidewalk shop and bakery. Across street fr hotel is a store with some food items and souvenirs. Go to main road and to the R some restaurants. Hotel offers breakfast ($5). Total oriental. I did not try.

Hidden next to Bubba Gumps!!
Reviewed By Bill SStayed on week and loved the reserved parking for the hotel right in the middle of Garapan. The lobby is small but has a secure elevator which needs a key to operate. The place is still new has has no carpet but is still very quiet. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash available in the shower. The service was outstanding and the housekeepers on the floors work very hard and i really appreciated them. The only flaw was that the toilet seat hits the counter over it and you have to hold it up or sit forward to use the restroom. This should be fixed for the price charged at $110 per night. Coffee pot and coffee is supplied in the room. Great place.

Quiet location, clean and confortable
Reviewed By kingchriLoriLynn Hotel is a great place to hang your hat while visiting the island. The rooms are spartan but clean and owners are very helpful. Internet works well too. I would certainly stay here again the next time I am on the island.
