Nice otel but impossible to sleep from loud music
Reviewed By zardhuistOtel is very nice in a old building with high ceiling rooms. It has a good italian Restaurant in first floor called "the pastards" Clean rooms, cool staff in otel. But at 01:00 a.m. Loud music is started from near bar at coast. It lasts until 05:00 a.m. It is impposible to sleep. So if you are not a party boy/girl be aware of this place.

Reviewed By Okumus54Location is very nice. Clean but rooms are too small. The only staff is very friendly. Everywhere is in walking distance. Our rooms are on second floor. There is no lift. We stayed sea view room with balcony. It is marvelous to have a drink against the port while sunset.

Reviewed By marioskotzJust 4 km next to the city. In 50 metres you can find a small beach. Spacious and beautiful rooms with view to the sea. Very kind and sociable personnel with knowledge of the history and ethics of th island, they can advise you . Listen to them, you will not lose.

Reviewed By Ayca KOne of the most enjoyable experiences at Chios Island.. Seafront Studios hospitality and especially the cleanliness of the rooms is reassuring during Covid Pandemic. The location of the facility, it’s just by the seaside and very close to the beach. There are supermarkets end all you’d need is just there for you. Great host wonderful stay and amazing island.

The host speaks good English and is very friendly and helpful - rather nice to see him engaged in playing backgammon with an opponent in the bar he runs next door, mostly for other backgammon players by the look of it. My room was clean and spacious, with views to the mountains, castle and port. It was good value. If you step off a ferry at an ungodly hour of the morning you will be thrilled when you see this place a skip away from the port.

Beds are rubbish
Reviewed By savvasioannidesEven though this property is economical does not mean that the beds should be many decades old. 1 hour laying down will convince anyone. I left the room and booked elsewhere. The next day the owner was rude and sarcastic when I told him about the bed. The rooms are located opposite the port which is very noisy. There is no balcony either. There are a lot other places you can book for the same price a d higher quality.

Reviewed By CGA79We chose this hotel as we wanted a beautiful location for our trip to Chios, Greece. It fit the bill perfectly, and was so special in many ways. Stefania was the perfect hostess, made us feel so welcome and gave us many tips about what to see and do. My husband and I love to hike, and we had lots to chose from starting from the hotel. The hotel is situated on a cove, and after sightseeing it was so lovely to pull up a beach lawn chair and take in the Aegean and views. The hotel is lovely inside, beautifully laid out, with a huge covered but open sided deck and bar with chairs where you can hang and where breakfast is served in the morning. Our apt was huge, with a perfect balcony that wrapped itself around from bedroom to sitting room. There is a place to hang clothes outside to dry, and there are black out coverings in the rooms. Our bedroom was large, clean and very comfortable. We had maid service every day, which was such a nice touch..thanks! Our breakfasts were served by “ Anty”( sp?”) or Stefania, and were yummy and just a perfect start to our Chios adventures. The road that goes in front of the hotel ends at the end of the cove, and it was perfect as not much traffic goes through. It was a delight to wake up each morning, run or walk to the end of the cove and watch the local fishermen head out or come back and dry their nets! A few steps away from the hotel, there are 3 different family run restaurants which we frequented each night, rotating our business. The food was outstanding and the staff totally happy to make your eating wish their best. I would not stay anywhere else on Chios, if we ever get the chance to come back…It is the ONLY place I would stay! Thank You Almiriki!

The place is gorgeous and very clean. The apartment where my family and I stayed had a lot to offer - beautifully put together interior, privacy and functionality, among other things. The extremely friendly and helpful host Ilenia was always there to answer our questions, give recommendations or deal with our requests with a big smile - the flaky Bougatsa she offered us for breakfast was to die for! She helped make our experience even more unforgettable. We cannot wait to spend more time in Melia Sol when we revisit Chios.
