Low quality food, nice rooms but old and not taken care of
Reviewed By Chivu MIf you're on a budget, you can stay a couple of nights here. Our room didn't have new furniture but it was cozy and we had a nice view. Regarding the food, well...don't eat here even if you're starving: bad coffee, low quality food, same portion uneated by previous customers ->microwaved and brought to the new customers. The staff is nice, but this doesn't replace the fact that no investments were done in the past years and they're focused on cutting costs.

Reviewed By Richard282828The two rooms apartment is perfect for families. Nice, polite, welcoming staff. There is no property parking, but you can leave your car just next to the hotel. Own restaurant, but I did not try the cuisine (except the beer and coffee). Lidl and Mega Image stores in close proximity. The stay was pleasant and relaxing.

Huge disappointment. Definitely not a 4 stars place. Definitely not worth the money I paid.

When someone answered, it was in a rush, as if I bothered him, even though the number was publicly listed. Before arriving, I called again to announce we were getting there around 22h. they texted back they cannot talk. When I called on the reception no, from the reservation confirmation, no one answered. Property The apartment is in a separate building. When entering the room, you get straight into the bedroom, so you have to cross the bedroom to access the livingroom and also the bathroom. No intimacy. The mountain view is actually a parking view, as per the picture. Cleanliness It is clean where you can see. If you move one chair on a side, you find dust from several weeks ago. Same in the coffee cups. They didn’t clean the room after the first night and we couldn’t find them to ask for extra towels until the next morning. They refused to offer us complimentary espresso tablets, even when we offered to pay. Breakfast They only offer breakfast after 8:30, which is terribly late for someone who wishes to go trekking in the mountains, a popular activity in Busteni. Facilities No sauna, no jacuzzi, no tub. They said they open them in November. However, I paid in September and the features were advertised. No one at the reception. Just an empty desk, all the times. Services and overall attitude Starting with the manager, the entire personnel shows little or no care for the customer needs. They are rude and condescending.

Reviewed By Sza_beeThe place is quite new (Yael 3). One can see that it was built and designed with the mindset of bringing a home feeling rather than just a room for rent. This makes a huge difference compared with what you can usually get on the local rental market. Seems the idea is well sold, as the owner is building another similar space in the right vicinity. Some minor construction work noise is there, which we did not bother, as were out most part of the day. All in all it is a very powerful choice if you want to wonder around Bucegi mountains and like to have more space to live in, not just a room. Quad rental is possible directly from the place, we did not used it, maybe next time. The only minor thing I would like to mention is the fact that the gas detector was not plugged in. Most probably a miss during construction. Good luck!
