Reviewed By lambertus hPousada bem localizada, atendimento superatencioso. Quartos simples, colchão e roupa de cama e banho excelente, chuveiro muito bom. Tem frigobar, televisão e ventilador. Vista maravilhosa. Cáfe de manhã tem o necessário, pãozinho da hora. O proprietário Rodrigo te da todas as dicas de o que fazer e onde comer. Pode seguir as dicas dele que não tem erro. Recomendo.

Reviewed By loucurapokaPousada bem simples e familiar, muito aconchegante e fica bem no centro de Atibaia. Pontos negativos: Barulho qnd as pessoas andam, paredes finas dava pra ouvir o que o pessoal do quarto ao lado conversava, cheiro de esgoto no banheiro.

Desencontro de informação e péssimo atendimento
Reviewed By rafaelabH1182CFVi uma propaganda do day use no Instagram e encaminhei uma mensagem por direct informando que gostaria de ir com meu esposo e filho pequeno, perguntando se poderia levar meu cachorrinho de estimação ( um yorkshire mini), a resposta foi: “no day use sim”. Saímos de SP e 1h e 40min depois nos barraram na entrada de uma forma nada gentil só dizendo que não aceitavam cachorro. Falei que tinha perguntando antes de ir e pedi para verificarem com a gerente. A moça veio falar comigo no tel negando absolutamente que alguém teria feito essa pergunta como se eu fosse uma louca, sei lá, achei péssimo… Ainda tive que descobrir um lugar as pressas para ir que fosse pety friendly e ali por perto porque meu filho de dois anos e meio começou a chorar que queria “ ir brincar”. Pelo menos acabamos descobrindo a Fazenda Paraíso e tivemos um dia ótimo lá ! Reclamei no Instagram e eles simplesmente apagam meu comentário sem nenhum retorno, reclamei no Reclame Aqui e nada .. Vamos ver por aqui, porque uma empresa séria devia no mínimo pedir desculpas pelo erro e pela ignorância no tratamento, mas infelizmente, não acho que seja o caso ….

Reviewed By Fernando CAmazing place, very peacefull, the view is wonderfull, and you can enjoy the company of gorgeous horses. Breakfeat are simple but delicious, my accomodation was very close to the horse and i have a peacefull time .
