From the passion for wine and for our land, the idea of proposing natural and organic Sicilian wine was born. We accompany the glasses with local artisanal products, sought after by small farmers and local realities. Our restaurant is handmade, with loom fabrics and carpentry work; all to make the sensory experience of natural wine more intense. A journey into the tradition, history, nature and scents of Sicily, through wine, left free from industrial processing. We also offer a Sicilian Baron Spritz, fragrant and intense and a fresh and aromatic Gin Tonic.
