It is a little museum built near the San Lorenzo cathedral by the arhitect Albini.Modern and made in a way so that you can see e erything is eposed on the museum.Verry interesting building

The Cris Country Museum

The Cris Country Museum is the most important one in Crisana Region. As explanation the museum presents everything that is related with the Cris Rivers area. In has more departments as: Natural Science, Art, History, Ethnography, Science and others. The museum is one of the biggest in Romania in therm of prices hold. The museum was moved from the old location (Baroque Palace) to the new one.

We had fun visiting the museum last week and see some of the temporary exhibitions. There were some great works of the Baia Mare artists exhibited and also some great photo collections. Worth spending some time there.

Inside museum, in one special room, there is also the crypt.
