Itaca Art Studio is a delight to visit! Set in an old convent on the beautiful island of Giudecca, it contains a wonderful selection of watercolours, prints, engravings and ceramics. Monica is not only a talented artist but also a lovely person who happily takes the time to engage with her visitors. I thoroughly recommend visiting Itaca Art Studio!

Have dreamt of owning one of Loris’s amazing wooden sculptures since discovering his gallery opposite the Guggenheim when I was a student in Venice (30 years ago!) was lucky enough to get back to Venice in September and met Loris, who is not only a master craftsman but totally charming. We bought a fantastic hand carved wooden umbrella and hat which now look resplendent in our entrance hall. The box was packed, shipped and arrived the day after we got back! Can highly recommend to all art lovers who are after something unique and beautifully crafted.

POSTER ART! Small Caps is a graphic design atelier, we love posters and we design our own ones, and we print them by hand in small editions right in the workshop we run. We depict a true Venice, far from what you can understand from the standard tourist guides: we don't draw gondolas, we draw all the other traditional wooden boats; we don't draw San Marco square, we draw all the other little places; we don't draw Biennale, we draw about citizens' events. We love to talk with our costumers and we often give unconventional tips to really enjoy this water city. Even if they don't buy our posters. Don't be a tourist, be a curious traveller.

This is a small gallery/print shop that sells its own prints. The clever and colorful designs reflect Venetian life and culture. Prices are modest. The owners, who are also the artists, are friendly and helpful.
