This cash only spot serves breakfast tacos on homemade tortillas. We got bean and cheese, bacon egg and cheese, a potato egg and bacon and one called the hippo. The tortillas themselves were great, but the bacon was chopped so fine it was actually indistinguishable in flavor and texture. I like to have actual bacon strips vs what they served. I like the salsa fine and service was friendly.

We have eaten here several times, mostly you can expect fair to medium waitstaff, not really slow on food delivery, temps on food are OK, Nothing to jump up and down about. Fair food for lightly higher prices. Houston Pricing in a smaller town.

Very good food and plenty of seating, can get a little crazy with the wait staff as easily distracted but overall the wait would be worth this small challenge.Food prep very good and nice portions. Good old stand by is the Menudo served 7 days a week.I visited a few times while on assignment.Good stuff

We had the El Zarape Dinner, so much food!! ICE tea, and Coca Cola,The Chips with a bowl of smashed beand, great flavor, and the pucante sauce with a thickens creamy good..chips are warm and big, breaking up size for no double dipping. Mmm great! Plates, 2, come out a cool plate is Chalupa, taco and cheese, a little rotel, but not hot..Dollup of Guacamole, creamy and pico. Hot plate, don't touch, lol Enchilada, with or without onions, cheese or beef,.Tamale, great, rice and beans, a little child on Tamale side of plate, I mix a little chili, rice and beans. Oh it tastes creamy, just a new food I discovered today...Oh Yea, will return, again and again.Enjoy

Great food and service.. not kidding.. regular priced.. the menu is consistent.. I have been many times.. always great quality and quantity.. my favorite.. the al pastor tacos deep flavors! Lot of people miss that meat selection.. salsa and chips are very fresh and dangerous.. I get full before my meal cones.. oops.. they refill without question or charge.. .. p.s. get a tea to go.. always free.. and the soft serve .. self serve at the door on the way out.. perfect ending.. I think Iâve said enough.. they are so inviting.. try them..
