Chalets are reasonably clean, comfortable with basic amenities. Focused on diving and sea activities thus no swimming pool. Wifi weak in chalets but reasonably good in public places. Suitable for family holiday to enjoy fresh air, sunshine and sea based activities away from social media. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Fresh fish is BBQ'd every evening, it's done with less drama than the restaurant next door who make a real spectacle of it and as such attract more people, but don't be fooled Mama's fish is just as good. TOP TIP - look for the Banana bread at the kiosk where you pay, it's the best! all in all the food is simple here but very good and the service is much better than next door. well worth a try.

The Watercolours resort restaurant. ( now known as The Barat) was quite a good choice for eating and is an unrecognizably better since the name change an change of management. The food selection was quite good with the seafood probably the best. We tried a variety of dishes, including the âwestern styleâ pasta dishes ( good for Perhentian Island but unsurprisingly nothing to compare to anything in Europe).Service was good, quick, efficient and politeThe restaurant was quite a pleasant surprise, though I am not sure if I would ever stay in the resort.

Service was slow. Although we were the only customers for lunch, our meal took a long time to arrive. It was cold and not tasty. And portions were small. We only ate here 1 time.

GoodRoom is clean, tidy and big. Staff are friendly and polite.Sea view is beautiful.Food is delicious.Has a lot small animals like monkey and squirrels.Not goodWater volume is small and the drainage hole is stuck. Have told the staff and said will check but no feedback.Sand is rough not suitable for kid. Long Beach is more suitable.The barbecue at the last night not nice. Over cooked.
