A smallish cafe on Riia St. but what a spread! Highly delightful lunch, the service is fast, courteous and super polite, not to mention multilingual. I would suggest ordering eggplant salad, satsivi, hatshapuri and hartsho. And have a glass of dry Georgian wine with it. Perfect lunch!

Jakobi Jalats is located on Tähe street right next to its sister bar "Barlova". Together they make a good combination of a meet and greet hotspot in the heart of Karlova.The menu is healthy and has multiple good choices for vegetarians and for not-so-big meat lovers. Had a burger and a long island icetea, which they didnt have in menu, but the waitress looked it up on internet and made it for us for an OK price. The food was not fantastic, but had good price/taste ratio. Would visit again.

Great staff and an interesting menu, some items with a unique and delicious twist. Very good prices, too. The place was very clean and comfortable and in a great location. The limited menu means that they are good at what they do. Very nice presentation as well.

This restaurant was located in our hotel, so very convenient.It is a beautiful restaurant, very spacious and nicely decorated. It also hosts an outside seating area just on the base of Toome hill.We ordered:- Beef tongue: This was recommend by the waiter and it was good. Interesting and appealing texture.- Eel: the best of the two appetizers- Lamb: pefectly cooked and rather generous portion, very good dish- Zander: very soft and delicately served. Delicious dish- Rhubarb dessert: not too much rhubarb in the dish... which is a shame. Tasted good nevertheless- Chocolate : How not to like chocolate !?The service was the most memorable aspect of our experience, though.From start to finish it was perfect and had all the little touches that make you feel like you are a VIP.The prices are good, although the mains are a bit pricey in our opinion.But as the food is good, you won't feel you are ripped off. And this is a hotel restaurant, so prices are always a bit higher.We would warmly recommend.

Very good place to have a business lunch, allways great options for lunch. Quick and professional service, great drinks and reasonable prices. Also their aâla carte menu has allways been great.
