Theres nothing special about the food. Its priced very high and all you eat is a bunch of stuff jammed into a potato but with a much higher price.

Knowing the original Basilico restaurant, it was a little frustrating to receive negative mojito (they did not have mint), a strawberry margarita (the strawberry was finished) and an orangeade ... the juice was over. Taste of food and attention of waiters was excellent, but not having enough assortment of supplies, was not as expected.Hi Huaxtecapam! First of all, we want to apologize for the inconveniences that you went through. We accept our fault and we are very sorry we made you have a bad time. me encanto el concepto del lugar Está muy bien definido, te sientes entre toda la ambientación de los héroes de los cómics, desde que llegas te atienden super bien, inmediatamente decides tu área, puedes hacer reservas, el menú es muy variado, con Buenos precios, para todos los gustos, las costillas, muy recomendables, al igual que las hamburguesas, se sienten los ingredientes frescos, tienen un excelente tamaño las porciones y la foto coinciden, la atención fue excelente y te dan ganas de volver, además puedes tomarte fotos con las figuras de los vengadores y adquirir souvenirs.

Visited this place for late lunch last Saturday. A soccer game was playing on the restaurant's TVs and the place was full. We ordered our drinks and appetizers.The drinks arrived after 20 minutes and it took more than an hour for our appetizers to arrive. The Turadito de Ribeye was flavorful but really small, the duck carnitas was also favorful but small as well

have found Applebee's in a shopping mall in Tampico, went there twice for lunch and dinner, food was fine and you had a wide selection of burgers, salads etc. I chose the asian salad, which was good, the natural lemonaades are also good. Prices are reasonable.

TGI Friday's has positioned itself as one Tampico's favorite restaurants/bars; everyone wants to be here. Packed every weekend or weekdays when there is an important sports event. Even the terrace (3 meters from Tampico's main avenue) is full in hot summer nights. Locals just love this place. During 2011 its bar section was almost the only surviving spot of Tampico's middle-class agonizing public nightlife. Now that the security situation has improved a little and new restaurant/bars have open it remains a local's top fave.Food is not TGI Fiday's main feature. People come here because it's a hot spot. Only reason I've been here so many times is my girl wants to visit. Last time we were here was a Saturday night, place was totally packed, it was hard to find a nearby parking spot and air conditioning couldn't keep up with a full restaurant. The food is good in general and prices are ok, but quality drops in peak hours. I agree with other reviewers the music is too loud. Also I've never found the men's restroom smelling clean, even when the restaurant is almost empty. I do recognize its menu has improved over the years and the recent (2001??) refurbishment was a good call. Also thumbs up for enforcing federal and state smoking ban. Service always good too. No problem invoicing.
