Every visit to Hsinchu (since late 1990's) I have made it a point to have a meal here. It is that good. Perfect service, food, and staff. Their private banquet rooms are also often used for big celebrations and formal company events. For special Holidays, they usually have a great buffet setup. I fondly remember the roast suckling pig special that they had one Valentines day...

I stayed at Ambassador Hotel for business purpose, found this local Taiwanese cuisine restaurant on the way walking to Big City Shopping mall. Just located beside Ambassador Hotel HsinChu. The environment is great, having a good time with my colleagues, The foods they served tasted great too, they served in small portion, just right enough for us to taste few dishes, but not over full. Definitely will come back again.

It is THE place to go, if you have the money to spend, for the food and service quality is nothing short of being top notch.Cooked in the finest way, I am sure you will walk away feeling your money's worth. Basically, there are several small cold dishes and several dumplings, rice noodle soup, sweet stuff, as well as the famous steam port dumplings are all you can eat. The shrimp dumpling and Xiao lung bao are as good as their ranking. The bite size sweet stuff are also very yummy, delicious. Of course, ice creams with different flavors are also available for you to have a effect ending of the feast.

I think this restaurant has had a splurge on marketing recently, which has made it very busy, however the food is nothing special, typical hotpot fare really, and the service is poor. Good ice cream to finish the meal.

This place is one of the best coffee places I have been in Taiwan. I took the cold brew coffee, which was excellent. Free water is available as well. In fact those coffee places are rather expensive, you'r value for money is very big. Because unlike in Europe it is very normal to stay as long as you want to drink your coffee.

We were invited to this restaurant for dinner. Were pleasantly surprised by the beef noodles we had. This is definitely the best beef noodle soup I have ever had! Must go and eat! However, prepare to wait. It is always a line!
