Hinterrhein heisst das letzte Walser-Dörfchen vor dem Aufstieg auf den San Bernardino. Es liegt versteckt neben der Autostrasse und lohnt in jedem Fall einen Abstecher. Schöne traditionelle Häuser, ein grosser Dorfplatz und sehr freundliche Einwohner laden zum Verweilen an. Im Bachhuus werden einfache aber sehr gute Speisen serviert. Raclette mit Käse aus Sufers und eine hausgemachte gebrannte Creme haben uns sehr gemundet.

mi sono recata presso tale struttura per il pranzo. riaperta dopo diversi anni, di totale abbandono... dai nuovi gestori da luglio di quest'anno. luogo paradisiaco, zona lago Dos, con possibilità di diverse passeggiate. ho mangiato tagliatelle ai funghi, molto buono, comodamente seduta nella grande e meravigliosa terrazza. anche all'interno c'é una grande sala ristorante. visto che mi trovavo lì ho chiesto di visirare le camere, nuove molto ben arreddate, di cui anche un b.ssimo monolocale, che si affaccia sul lago sottostante. mi riservo la prossima volta che mi reco in questo bel paese, di soggiornare presso questa stuttura. gerenti molto simpatici e disponibili

Questa baita dagli interni molto rustici e caratteristici si trova accanto alla pista di sci, poco sopra la pista di slitte e nel mezzo dei sentieri pedonali e di ciaspole / racchette. Ambiente animato con musica, gestori giovani e gentili, tavoli esterni per le giornate solatie. Pur non essendo un ristornate offre semplici e gustosi piatti caldi quali la luganighetta alla griglia con patatine fritte, il bratwurst , la raclette, ... Insomma un locale simpatico e non pretenzioso: Mi sono trovato molto bene.

I was driving and decided to stop there for lunch. The special of the day was pork meat with French fries for 25 Swiss Francs. There is normally a salad or a soup in many restaurants in Switzerland before the special of the day but there it was not the case. I expected some vegetables but there was none. Only the meat and the fries. For the price paid, you could expect far more.

Dopo una piacevole camminata nel bosco, abbiamo raggiunto il locale Alpe Pian Doss, situato circa a 20 minuti dal lago Dosso.La struttura è molto bella e rustica: una ristrutturazione originale di una vecchia stalla, mantenendo all'interno dei dettagli di oggettistica particolare.L'accoglienza è stata positiva, l'ordinazione viene raccolta subito, ma l'attesa è stata un po' lunga, nonostante nel locale vi fossero solo altre 2 persone.La salumeria ed i formaggi sono locali e nostrani, da consigliare.Per contro la cucina è stata al quanto deludente: la polenta con spezzatino: carne molto grassa, legnosa e priva della sua salsa;i pizzoccheri: passabili anche se non erano freschi in quanto diversi pezzi di pasta erano secchi (riscaldati) e mancava la giuste dose di verdura, aglio. Il formaggio aveva un gusto strano non piacevoleMeno peggio il bratwurst con la salsa di cipolla e polenta.Il conto finale assai salato ed il servizio poco professionale!!Da consigliare unicamente per una sosta esterna per una bibita o un piatto freddo di salumeria!!!

Travel on our way to Italy! Due to heavy traffic to the San Bernardino route and stopped here for lunch! ok choice but nice staff and good food!Only found out wilst sitting there that Tour de Suisse bicycle race will pass through!
