The restaurant is know for its excellent high quality meat The environment is cozy, alpine style with a rustic-modern touch, very impressive in winter The meats are all exceptional, possibility to book the BraserataThey make an excuisite cordon bleu with very tasty meat and great cheese! There is also the famous cordon bleu XXL ;) 'Selvaggina' specialitiesSuitable for those who have great appetiteOnly a single defect: there is not a great choice of dessert (usually just ice cream)

I went here with some colleagues from work. We all had the menu proposed by the chef (they were very accommodating to dietary restrictions causing some minor changes to the menu). We started with prosciutto crudo and a terrine of vegetables. Followed by a salad with fish for some and ravioli for others. We all opted for the beef dish which was divinely tender and perfectly cooked to medium rare. I was tempted to lick my plate since the sauce was amazing, I instead choose to dip everything I could into any leftover sauce. The dessert was chocolate mousse with a meringue. The meringue had a little sweetness and some crunch, while the mousse was rich and not too sweet, just perfect. The portion sizes were ideal for not ended up stuffed after two of the courses. The setting is very nice, on the minor road and in front of the station in Lavorgo. When deciding on a wine, the chef takes you into the wine cellar to help you choose. I would definitely recommend the restaurant, overall it was a wonderful evening.

We had lunch on a busy day enjoying a delicious yummy lunch. We ate the Maggio Gastromonico menu which we highly suggest you try. The location is simple and clean, there's a room with a beautiful view over the mountains. The staff is so very friendly and attentive. After lunch there's walking activity in the area. Worth visiting.

Capanna rimordenata e tenuta molto bene,i garanti molto simpatici e alla mano. I piatti serviti sono ottimi,soprattutto il risotto. Ã un ottimo punto di ristoro per poi proseguire per delle bellissime passeggiate in alta Val di Blenio.

Me and a few friends dropped into this restaurant which is located right next to the 165m Luzzone Dam. We arrived after a 4.5hr drive from Arco in Italy to BASE jump the dam. Coffee and beer were good, and were reasonably priced, we didnât eat, but the food being served looked very nice. Plenty of free parking available.
