Fine stay even during a rain
Reviewed By Rower1991Managed to get the last room (incl breakfast) for 3 days at the end of Aug and fully enjoyed. Good proximity to the city and highway, plenty of parking, good views, no problem even if room facing a forest - with open window it is a great pleasure. Fine stay even during a rain. Well thought spa area: Big swimming pool (not for sport swimming though =), with a huge window, different saunas, with one facing outside world too. It was good breakfast as well as menu during lunch/dinner. We also took massages at Spa, it was nice. Overall recommended for a quick gateway (perhaps I wouldn't reco taking kids, no playgrounds and hotel is rather targeted for a calm stay).

Reviewed By WanJiefuI was visiting with a group of 9 cyclists led by Bird Cycling of Krakow who booked the hotel. Comfortable room and good bed, with good food. Service was excellent. Very good spa (steam room, saunas x 3 and jacuzzi plus a swimming pool. Good little shop and bar. The nearby park is beautiful

Reviewed By Dream757573This hotel is absolutely wonderful. Very nice and clean rooms are offering different flavours depending which one you rent. Breakfast was very good and selection was quite good for a hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Reviewed By elainedA3914QGThere aren’t a lot of choices in Kielce but this is not a good one. There is limited parking in front. When we left for the wedding we were attending, we specifically asked where we should park when we returned late at night. We were told “don’t worry, I will let you in”. We returned at 11 and a different clerk was there. There were 2 weddings going on here and there was no parking in front. She basically said “too bad. We don’t have any parking”. I begged her as we had NO idea where to park the car. This hotel is not in a busy commercial area. She said there was nothing she would do. After more begging, the mgr came out and said the same thing. I repeated what the first clerk said and told him I would never have booked here if I had known there was no pkg. He finally said they had a parking lot behind the hotel (so they DID have pkg) and there were 2 spaces left so he would let us in. In general the room was ok but what do you expect for $75/night. Doubt I will have occasion to be in Kielce again but I certainly won’t stay there and I will be reluctant to stay in any Best Western again

Reviewed By evadora1On our trip to the south of Poland we stopped by chance in the Dwikozy Mansion not far from a famous town Sandomierz. We were enchanted . The mansion is surrounded by a lovely garden, quiet and out of the road. The rooms are comfortable , the staff friendly . We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant and good drinks at the bar and delicious breakfast . All of that for a reasonable price. We defenitely come back here next year.

This is unreasonable and misguiding. We don't know who would be staying in this hotel in the middle of nowhere without wanting an access to the pool. Parking is paid and is located on the other side of the road quite a walking distance away from the entrance to the hotel The pool and sauna are overrated. Breakfast is of poor quality The hotels location is in the middle of nowhere No kettle, glasses, cups in the room Overall this hotel is overrated and I would not recommend staying there

Reviewed By HolIyro67we stay there for Sylvester. We were in the older building but room are very nice and clean. Bed are good to sleep. We had dinner from the hotel includes. The dinner offer was OK. You have 3 menu to choos. Drink is oly wather natural, with lemmon or orange tast. Other you must order. Wellness are is ok but to less place to stay there on you onw seat. Sauna, steam sauna are nice an ok. You can reserve the squash corner to play and also big enought fitness room. Sylvester gala was ok, music was ok.

Unbelievably loud and unpleasant stay.
Reviewed By gregpB9326TJI wouldn't recommend to stay at this hotel as on Fridays and Saturdays you just won't sleep. Hotel is regularly hosting weddings and music is very loud. The hotel own informator clearly states that everyone should keep quiet between 10pm - 6am. Which is clearly not the case. Greg P.
