Well , we arrived to this place by a chance even without knowing that it is on Tripadvisor. They have around 6 different torts to get slice of it and many chocolate candies. We tried 3 different types all were great. Coffee is also very good. So go there for sweet moment or two...

We have visited this place today since it got great review on air in CZ Kitchen nightmares and it was worth it.
The building is very nice surrounded by beautiful rustic houses and spectacular piece of land.
We tryed duck broth - could have been lil bit stronger but otherwise very good and homemade. Than we had beef tartar which was delicious - one of the best Ive ever eaten.
As a main course we had trout with lime sauce and duck with dumplings and cabbage, everything was very tasty, maybe just the trout needed little bit more salt and to be better unboned.
All members of staff were friendly, they just could be little bit faster.
Overall nice place to spend ur lunch & afternoon.

Speisekarte auf Deutsch und 15 Prozent Rabat für Gäste des Garni Hotels Svitavy. Immer außerhalb der Karte weitere Speisen - z. B. auch griechische Karte, Pizzen und böhmische Traditionsgerichte. Schöne Weinauswahl

Fantastic beer, friendly service and good food at a reasonable price. Own brewery with an absolutely excellent beer that wins the contest. I recommend to go for a beer tasting.

No English menu. Good and simple food. Easy to find. Payment only cash. I chose that restaurant because it was close from Garni hotel.

Maj tam podle me nejlepsi hotovky v okoli... delaji pizzu, maji zahradku, bowling, kulecnik... v pohode obsluha... a ceny neprehnany... dobrou chut :-)

Slow and bad service here. We were sitting 10 minutes at outside garden before someone came. I didn't choose from daily menu, so I asked for a meal shown on wall board. The answer was "it would take ages", then I gave up. My wife went for one of four dishes at daily menu and it also took ages.
You should avoid the restaurant where a waiter takes a seat next to your baby stroller and starts smoking.

Byl jsem zde na obědě s kolegy. Docela dlouho jsme čekali na obsluhu a na jídlo. Jídlo bylo průměrné. Dal jsem si lasagne - Italovi by to asi nechutnalo, ale na místní poměry v ČR to nebylo špatné.

Average Czech restaurant. The food was good, the waitress was kind of slow, but she tried to be nice. We found this place when we were looking for the other restaurant, but we decided to stay here because of big summer garden.

Jídlo docela ucházející - odpovídalo nízké ceně, ale krokety byly nasáklé olejem. Pod kroketou se při zmáčnutí vytvořila olejová loužička. Reakce personálu na upozornění žadná.
