Visiting koh Tao many times, I finally came across this little jem of a bar in the more chilled side of called Chalok in the south of the island. Located right by the French Kiss Divers shop.The bar tender is very welcoming and there to help you with anything you might need. She has cold beers, excellent cocktails and they play very chilled music not too loud. Great place to meet with professional divers and well traveled people.They have a free pool table in great condition.They told me about the various events they will be organizing this coming season: killer pool & regular billiards tournaments, quiz nights, live music, BBQ evening and many others just to name a few.I highly recommend the French Corner bar & restaurant to anyone who enjoys discovering and meeting new people from around the world. You can order food delivery to enjoy in the bar when their BBQ is not lit.Thank you for such amazing nights spent together, I look forward to being back and one day hopefully win at killer pool

We chose to eat here on New Years Day evening because it looked beautiful as we walked past but we were very disappointed.....Itâs a beautiful location right on the waterfront over looking the bay and there was live music going on when we arrived....It was very busy so we thought it must be good....however the service was awful and when we eventually got the food it didnât look very appetising and was over cooked....we also had to remind the staff twice about our order for drinks.....I can honestly say it was the worst meal we had on Koh Tao!.....the staff seemed more attentive to the big family party that had virtually taken over the restaurant and didnât seemed to care about us......There are a lot of very good restaurants on Koh Tao and I wouldnât recommend this one.....

This was one of my favorite places for breakfast but also for diner. They serve very nice sandwiches (they bake their own bread), great burgers, very nice ceasar salad, pizza's and fresh juices. And... the coffee is super! They make very nice cappuccino's.

We went here for dinner, got wings, two burgers and chips with two cokes 900 baht. Didnât think it was worth it chips were greasy and burger meat wasnât great. Also seen a mouse running around the restaurant and I told the staff. They shrugged the shoulders and continued their conversation. Would not recommend. You would find nicer.

Hacienda is by far one of my favorite restaurants on Koh Tao. Itâs hard to recommend one specific dish since they´re all so good! But to mention a few âmust tryâ from the menu I would say grilled chicken breast w. mashed potatoes, beef lasagna and of course their newest addition Toast Skagen (which taste just like in Sweden!).If youâre on Koh Tao on a Sunday this is THE place to be to experience the best Sunday roast on the island!!Don't forget to challenge your friends in a round of mini golf while there :)Many thanks for such a lovely review and we are delighted you enjoyed so many of our house specials. Came to Fizz Beach lounge with the primary purpose of just having a few drinks and watching the Sunset. Comfort set in virtue of the Bean Bags and we opted on having some Chicken Satay to fend of the hunger. So impressed we were with that, we decided to eat there and we werenât disappointed. The burger was good. The craft beer was not enough carbonated and the price therefore massive. I paid for an average burger, tiny portion of overdone fries with a beer ca. 30% more than in Europe and got less for it in Thailand. I was eating as well at Bang Burger and happy burger. Maybe the both burgers werenât the best either, but the portions are bigger and the price was not even a third! Cosy, delicious food and a very friendly and welcoming host called Ellie, she'll make sure you're feeling at home. Chilled music is playing and funny wall decorations are either drawn or hung up on walls to decorate the place. Prices are very acceptable and I will make sure to come back when I'm back on the island. All the best
