We had been to this restaurant for our dinner, there were already two families waiting in the queue outside. We noticed that the sitting area inside was small and it might take longer to get a seat. We could be accommodated in about 40 minutes wait time!
We learnt that the order was to be directly placed on the counter and payment made in advance.

The quality, taste and quantity was very good and we would love to visit again. Cost is also reasonable for the quantity and quality.

Very good loxho available. Lots of branches around the city. There are a lot of variations in locho like schezwan, butter, cheese etc Must try atleast once. Prices are reasonable. Serving is enough for a breakfast or munch between meals

The ambience of the place is decent and gives you a typical gujrati feel. The thali has all the typical gujrati food components. We started off with dal pakwaan and dhokla both were decent, the dhokla could have been softer. For sweets there was gulab jamun and shrikhand both of which were good. The main course consisted of different sabzis from mix veg (gujrati version), to different kinds of dals and kadhis, paneer etc. They went well with chapatti and other rotis. I aridid not have the khichdi. The chaas was very good.
All in all the food was good but I felt that I have had much better thalis elsewhere in terms of taste and variety. In addition to this, the service could have been better, it was chaotic to say the least.

There are some other restaurants where same Gujarati thali is available at almost same price but they've plenty of varieties in food and also sweets are far better than what Sasuma restaurant is offering. I've tried Gujarati thali in many other restaurants but in Sasuma restaurant, it was my worst experience.

This is the best restaurant in terms of food taste and quality. Service is excellent their hospitality is really good quite warm staff. The owner as well takes great care if staff is less or he trains them well in order to provide good service. Decor is simple. Ambience is nice. Food presentation is really good they know how to present it. Taste is nice and near to exact Italian dishes.

This is a very old restaurant. Loved the samosa here. All the dishes are affordable and has good quantity. Taste wise the food is delicious but the sabjis were way too oily. Quick service.

We family enjoyed a good, tasty food with good ambiance, services & varieties.
All non vegetarian barbecue food was delicious along with start up drinks.
Pan koolfee was awesome as well as chocolate brownie.
No additional tax as well as no tips were like an additional freebies.
