Wells Brothers Italian Restaurant

We went to Wells Bros on a Friday afternoon. It wasn't that full so my brother and I ordered the large pizza with sausage, pepperoni, green pepper, onion and black olives. I can only use one word to describe it. YUMMY The crust was as crispy as a cracker and it was not one bit greasy. The sauce was very tasty. The menu states that it is #6 in the nation I do believe it is.

My Mom had the all-you-can-eat cod. 4 good size pieces, cole slaw, bread. She said that it was very tasty. From the looks of the signs they have specials and we are anxious to return to try other thing. This is a casual place, bar-eating establishment as only WI can have.

We were pleasantly surprised I highly recommend the pizza. It ws delicious!

Went with a group from Lifeline Church in Brookfield, WI. First we had brunch which was delicious. Cherry cornbread with apple butter, eggs, buttermilk pancakes with all kinds of toppings available, nice thick bacon, big sausage patties, hash browns, and the list goes on. After eating we went on a horse drawn wagon ride (was supposed to be a sleigh, but there wasn't enough snow - next time maybe). Then we gathered around a campfire and enjoyed s'mores and good conversation. A good time was had by all. They have all kinds of other activities for families also. Delicious carmel apples and a gift store.

I have been here several times for breakfast and it is always good. Large menu with Mexican options and daily specials. The portions are large and the vegetables and cheese taste fresh. The coffee is a bottomless cup and is good also. It looks like they have regular customers and they are always busy. It is large enough that I have never had to wait for a table.

Awesomely Delicious Mexican Style Food! Pretty great meals and pretty great service. Visually plated with vibrant colors and amazing smells from the seasoning. The salsa is pretty decent here and the guacamole is very good too. Margaritas are also available.

Burgers weren't all that good and had a weird taste to them and fries were overcooked and barely warm. Disappointed to say the least. Custard was very good as always. Team member was friendly and accommodating. Very warm in dining room area so either air wasn't working or it wasn't turned on. Only two stalls in women's restroom which aren't enough to accommodate the demand especially in the summer and on weekends when travelers come through. Will go back but won't order burgers or fries.

Love the cherry or apple kringles! I don't have a favorite bakery between Kenosha and Racine, but we've definitely had more of Lehmann's than the others. I'm not quite sure how to describe a kringle- like a danish, only less bready. You have to try one if you're ever in the area!

After flying into ORD and driving for a while we got hungry and wanted something before checking into our hotel. We found this place along the Interstate so we decided to give it a shot. The bartender/waitress was very friendly and prompt. We were delighted as we saw both Perch and Walleye on the menu. It is hard to get either in Texas so our decision was made. The fish was good but a tad bit over cooked and too dry for our taste. The breading overshadowed the fish so we peeled some of it off. It was good but not as good as we remember those fish to taste.

I was referred to this restaurant by a friend who works there so I decided to give it a try. As a fan of Famous Dave's burnt ends I had to try Heartland's version....which is only available on Thursdays. Well, I was not disappointed! Actually I was so Impressed that I stopped back in for lunch a couple days later to try something else, which ended up being the pulled pork. Honestly....I never thought that meat couple actually melt in your mount but this pulled pork did exactly that!
Lunch is under $7 for a single meat which is plenty for a grown man. I am pleased to say that this place is real asset to Racine's restaurant scene.
