Reviewed By Diana KWe've got no wifi,we didn't got the wifi password. The food doesn't taste good. The rooms are dirty and the people are unfriendly. We sometimes feel uncomfortable here. PLUS they didn't cleaned our room.

Reviewed By KreschdlWenn möglich, versuche ich nicht über Reiseportale zu buchen/reservieren, damit bei den Unterkünften jeder Cent ankommt. Somit habe ich über die Gasthof-eigene Homepage ein Zimmer für mich gebucht. Aufgrund eines familiären Notfalls war es mir nicht möglich, die Reise anzutreten und ich habe mit einer Vorlaufzeit von ca. 3 Wochen das Zimmer reserviert. 1. Mail - keine Rückmeldung 1. Anruf - telefonisch keinen erreicht 2. Anruf - wohl eine Rufumleitung, bei der ich folgende Aussage nach der Schilderung meines Sachverhalts in einem unfreundlichen Ton erhalten habe: „ich hab gerade einen schönen Abend, was wollen Sie von mir?“ „Soll ich morgen nochmal anrufen, erreiche ich jemanden?“ „was wollen Sie von mir, ich hab einen schönen Abend!“ - aufgelegt 2. Mail - keine Rückmeldung 3. Anruf - „Heute ist keiner da, der weiterhelfen kann, versuchen Sie es morgen.“ 4. Anruf - Privatnummer von Chefin erhalten, dort angerufen. Freundliches Telefonat, wollte meine IBAN, wird im Laufe der Woche zurück überwiesen 1 Woche später per Mail nachgefragt, da das Geld noch nicht ankam - keine Rückmeldung Mittlerweile sind fast 7 Wochen seid der 1. Reklamation vergangen und ich bin wirklich schon viel gereist, aber so ein unfreundliches, unverschämtes und ignorantes Verhalten habe ich noch nirgends erlebt. Mit der Mentalität - viel Erfolg weiterhin. Aber vorher möchte ich bitte noch mein Geld!

Very closed mentality!!!
Reviewed By Alex_danieleMy husband and I came in this B&b to celebrate his grandma’ birthday and spent two nights here with all the family. After the first night we started to smell from our shower and wc a very bad smell from sewage that invaded all the room. We had to open the window with -2 degrees Celsius outside!! Freezing… But this is not the worst part …. during the last breakfast the owner gave out her best. We didn’t eat any bread in the morning because we had some left over from the birthday’s cake. But we took 4 small rolls (brotchen) that we filled them with some left over from the previous evening dinner because we wanted to keep them for the journey . The owner was extremely unhappy about that and not only she yell at us during breakfast but also during check out and she asked for extra money for these 4 little rolls?!!!!!! Unbelievable!!! Especially considering that our family spent more than 500 euros in food over this weekend!!!!
