Good coffee and pastries. Will come back to check dinner. Owners attentive to quality of ingredients and service performed by a very sympathetic team. Kids will find a little play ground indoors and moms can make some shopping.

First of all, I must say this is a single visit review. Nevertheless, there are a few things I can say about this surprising portuguese restaurant : tipical, criative menu and wine list; delicious caipirinhas ; fantastic portuguese "alheiras", and mouth watering duck. Worths another visit. Don't miss the "alheiras" ( deep fried portuguese.... hahhh.... wurst, made of small pieces of chicken and pork, mashed up with bread and lots of garlic ). I was there on a very special moment and the fireplace was lit for us... Candlelight atmosphere, piano-bar music and a very delicious food!!! Without mentioning a very special attention from the staff!! A ++++ recommendation!!!

A friend recommended us to stop there on our way home to buy some jam and wine, we thought it was just an emporium or something but it turned out to be a great restaurant/emporium/winery...I regret that I don't remember the name of the people who helped us. But the owner's daughter was one of them and she told me they could remove the meat from most dishes if we wanted and explained all of them. She said her mother makes even the tomato sauce and everything is fresh and home made.The apple and pepper jam we brought home is amazing.It's worth the visit!
