This restaurant offers a new concept of balanced, healthy food in Blumenau. They serve organic food, cold pressed juices and have some vegetarian options. They also have gluten and lactose free options (food and drinks). It is well located near the Oktoberfest pavillions. I believe they are open from 12 am to 10 pm. I recommend it.

Nice place to go for a cold drink and a snack, their specialty drink is matte. Matte is a drink that is made by an infusion of dried leaves of yerba mate, very common in South America. My favorite one is matte mixed with pineapple and guarana syrup. Very refreshing. It located near the main university (FURB). They have some vegan snacks which is a plus. I recommed it.

I tried the amazonian green juice and the quinoa salad, they were really good and very refreshing for a typical hot summer day. They also serve organic açai. They are located in the city center near the City's Cathedral and "Rua XV". I highly recommend this place.
